09/12/2020 22:09 | Newcrest Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Sandeep Biswas said, "We are excited to announce our initial Inferred Mineral Resource estimate for Havieron which is a pivotal step in the journey to fully define the potential of this project. 09/12/2020 19:19 | No kidding Timber. Very very shortly, the GGP share price and its MCap will surpass that of Solg. I have been in solg for 7 years and started off with the same amount of money I put into GGP in 2019 (2 years nearly). This may seem unpopular with others on this board but Solg (on paper and in theory) blows GGP out of the water, IF all is to be believed. Theoretically GGP could become a 2 x Tier 1 discovery. Solg could become multiples of a string of Tier 1's. I have put the same amount of money into both. In one, I have made a 40% profit. In the other ...a 600% profit. Why the difference: One stock has no funding plan. It also has no production plan. It also has no JV partner. Ergo it will not be producing income for the foreseeable future. Oooops spilt the beans. Remember the adage: Time is more important than Money. Best Z | zoros1
09/12/2020 18:22 | John’s Mining Journal: featuring Greatland Gold, SolGold and Ncondezi Energy MasterInvestor - 9th December 2020 Two weeks ago I suggested that Greatland Gold (LON:GGP) was very expensive in comparison with, for example, Solgold (LON:SOLG), since when an extension to its farm-in agreements with Newcrest has propelled the shares 30% higher. One broker in fact has increased its estimate of the content of the soon-to-be announced maiden resource, and is ‘reviewing&rsq That contrasts with the doldrums in which Solgold is mired. In October, I theorised that BHP, freed from the agreement preventing it acquiring a further stake, might unblock the logjam in the shares. That has proved as wrong as my Greatland Gold judgement, with the shares unable, apparently, to punch through the lower 40s first established nearly four years ago... | timberwolf

09/12/2020 17:40 | Z, yes but if they get too close it maybe more than likely begining of Jan. Looks like he was given us the heads up. I'd rather it be first week of Jan then Christmas is out of the way the covid vaccines will be well underway which should help lift the markets. Also not forgetting closer to seeing the back of Trump which I feel will have market reaction. Zoo | zooman
09/12/2020 17:33 | Hi Zoo. Correction to your last. GHactually stated that scally results will be either just before christmas or just after! A reminder of the diary: NCM confirmed tonight. +1.5p MMRE confirmed this or next week. +2p (Might, just might be slipped into the NCM IR). Scally assays confirmed this or next week. +2p GDXJ updated index on 18th. +3p Note*: If and it is the most massive IF, we are elected to join the hallowed grounds of the GDX at all, never mind this month, then trading up to $100 million could take place. If that was to occur, I would add +5p - 7p. Total by end of year: 41p | zoros1

09/12/2020 14:58 | @ cashandcard "I have a feeling the area around Haveiron could throw up alot more mineralisation deep down." Thank you! The more I've researched this, over the past few years, the more I believe exactly the same! As always, only time will tell, but, sometimes, you have to go with your own views, but, clearly also backed up by the likes of GH, who's, quite frankly, had the balls to drill deep here! DYOR & GLA! 09/12/2020 14:55 | big buy but price goes DOWN, back later or tomorrow, we all know this share is going to fly why else would Newcrest invest so much money into ggp and time and money in the JV's Let the profit takers take their (limited) profit. | mikedon1946

09/12/2020 14:18 | Z, I see your point. I doubt Scallywag will come over the Christmas break they will wait until the break is over begining of Jan thus letting the markets get back. But hey we could have a nice Christmas surprise. :-)Zoo | zooman |
