Yeah, admittedly from house broker WH Ireland, however it only takes in to account guidance from the Globe programme and contracts signed up until mid 2014,
these forecasts are assuming that customers will not renew, a little bit premature maybe, although a way of playing safe in their estimates, perhaps it's wise to be conservative, however on another tack it's time the talk from the co. of acquisitions nearly a year ago starts to come to fruition, we're still waiting!

Apologies for the messy selling.

Yesterday and today's drop in share price caused me to look at the broker forecasts which I see have been revised for next year from an eps of 5.7p down to 4.66p. This is inconsistent with my previous understanding of GTC's planned approach to business growth and, I thought, a little sneaky as I would prefer to see this sort of thing stated in an RNS.

So I have sold out. For anybody who was looking to add to their position, this might be a nice opportunity. Just wish I had noticed the broker update sooner.

GLAH. Cheers, Martin

Looks like this co. looking like it will put in a rather weak trading statement to accompany full year results judging by the performance in the last few days, about time they thought about doing something with all that cash on their books!

results due at the end of the month, so probably not a lot of action until then then hopefully climb another step on the stair.

I have never known a company to get its shareprice trashed as much as GTC's by director dealings. It is quite incredible. Still fundamentals look good to me.

Just an observation:(

Thanks stewy_18 a good discussion thread. Seems to raise the same issue around reoccurring revenue. I guess the crux is do the oil co's need this resource on an on-going basis or can they cover everything they need in the 3 years of the program. It would seem to me that the former is more logical but I guess we will see when the 3 years are up!

SBT,

Fredahad has confirmed with management, that the globe program revenues continue after the 3 years expires:-

Whether they can do it at the same rate? We'll if I knew that I'd be backing my truck up :)

The interesting thing is are they in the process of creating Globe II (IMO):-

We will have to wait and see what this brings, but I hope it's the start of the next globe. Even though the price has gone up, it is still cheap for a growth company (looking at about 7 eps for this year.) Strip out the cash £5 million cash and the f/w pe ratio is still under 10.

I don't have a crystal ball but the future looks bright IMO.

Regards

Stuart

Just bought in here. A bit late maybe but the numbers look very good on EPS, cash and debt. Excellent cash collection over H1 of this year as well.

Final results wil be very interesting, companies don't RNS the fact they are going to beat expectations unless it is by a considerable margin. Expecting full EPS of 7p, cash once debt and receivables/payables stripped out of about £3.5m and divi to be increased to 1.5p / share.

Any links to broker notes appreciated.

Only question are

1. Can they keep adding customers to the Globe program at the same rate?
2. Do they have a plan to keep the Globe customers on the hook after the intial three years is up?

Any answers appreciated.

I was doing some housekeeping on my shares accounts yesterday and I was reminded that GTC also gives a nice dividend which I had reinvested and which had subsequently increased 40%. I doubt if many will be buying for the dividend but every little helps.

As Shanklin says, I just doubled the H1 eps, and was particularly encouraged to do so, and add a bit more, by the very bullish update of 16 July. But it was an off-the-cuff post and I don't want to be accused of ramping!

Fair point, operating margins should also increase this year so may be do £3 million pre tax profit. Very confortable here. Should do well over the next few years.

Just take the H1 EPS and double it to get 6.56p, which is not too far from 7p.

westcountryboy,

Where do you get 7 pence eps? The latest WH broker note states 4.66 pence. I would be delighted with 7 pence a share and agree they would be undervalued if that was the case.

Do you have a new broker note??

Thanks and regards

Stuart
