Anyone selling now has given up but
If they have got something even fractionally as good as they describe, they won’t be selling at this awful price - get decent result or news the share price will rocket. Imho

I think it's simple. Batteries will never power large machines IMO, but Hydrogen will, everything from an HGV upwards to ships. Eventually. Patience.

I think you are wrong about hydrogen and it will in time prove huge. Everyone is so impatient these days. But it isn't pleasant watching your investment go down so I empathise. The market will be proved wrong and prices can go up just as fast as they come down.

Why does Copus keep talking about transformational changes to shareholders in the recent announcements, apparently yes, but towards the downside and destruction of shareholder value. The bloke is clearly delusional, the price just keeps falling.

The fact of the matter is this company is now worth less than it was prior to the H2 Green deal. Why should any institution have stumped up in the placing at twice the price to see their investment go up in smoke. Next time this company wishes to raise money the appetite is not going to be there. This company was quite capable of generating cash with the Globe programme, and why have none of the directors of H2Green bought stock, H2Green is worthless without support from GTC. For shareholders of GTC that is not acceptable, and I can see that the original supporters of that placing have likely sold and moved on. For existing holders the situation while H2Green remains part of GTC is thoroughly unpalatable, but Copus needs to reassure his existing investors that there is a viable future in this business. While he has been in charge the company has continued south.

Think its a waiting game and not ok for everyone. They won’t announce anything about funding until they’ve actually planned and got a project ready to go. At which point hopefully the value will out, in some form.

“The market” is not the same as a few minor sellers, when there is no significant news.

Also until the projects have been planned, scoped etc, there is no need for funding.

Its not all taking place at once.

The annoying aspect is that Copus keeps banging on about Getech’s geothermal assets, when there aren’t any actually owned yet.

They obviously have a sigificant value as planned, viable projects, just like any other development projects - so GTC’s work does have a value in itself.

If this company had wanted to use equity to develop these projects that is out of the question, they either need more outside partners or leverage their balance sheet, which would be crackers. Either way they are over a barrel at their size to really take these projects forward without significant third party finance.
The market simply does not believe their story, and clearly if the share weakness is anything to do with a seller of stock, then neither to holders of the stock.
