The whole place needs complete renovation so I would think that's reflected in the price

I visited Kitson House yesterday and they have water damage to the ceiling in reception, apparently it’s been like that for years according to the staff its hardly making a good first impression to potential buyers.

Very sloppy management here in my opinion!

I see the agreement with Shoreham Port being realistic, working with the authority, utilizing their own resources to generate electricity via turbine and solar to provide energy to electrolyse the hydrogen process, and to provide alternative fuel for their machinery and trucks. Their own input is clear to see, but the Inverness operation is more vague.

I'm curious to find out at some point where the £100mln from the Scottish gov is going to end up.

Also, its difficult keeping the faith when its not clear what value is present in the plans for these sites, seeing as there has clearly been investment in them. If it works like a housing developer, then in effect there would be fees paid for GTC's work, that would be forthcoming, when the developed plans go forward to construction by a builder.

Hopefully the value is there, but hidden. It would be nice if the value wasn't a secret though.

I have an Alan Sugar question for the AGM:

"I've read your plans - its all very nicely presented, but its just a load of words. I've seen it all before. Tell me how you are going to make money. If I gave you £250,000, what am I going to get back and when ?"

Stick with it, It's easily my biggest holding & I am well underwater too, but hand on heart in my long experience, now is not the time to sell. Good luck whatever you decide to do.

I have a lot of faith in the Globe part of the business, they have decent recurring income, and the potential with new products as with the recent announcement, it is the cloud that H2Green presents, and the distraction apart from the financial implications.

Keep the faith. My second biggest holding so I know how you feel.

I am afraid one has to take a cynical view on the basis of being heavily underwater. I am inclined to factor in a total loss here, until the company shows real tangible evidence that supporting H2Green was the correct decision.

This being by MMs big time, without tangible news it will just drift indefinitely. Maybe there is some stuff going on behind the scenes, markets are quite often ahead of the game, but this drift is just suckering punters each time.

And there I was trying not to look at my average price ;-((

Got a bit back as generally moving money into income stocks/funds and coincided with the mini-budget which damaged a couple but piled in afterwards on the drop as longer term the yields will improve relative to gilts.

Hopefully in a better market, with news, GTC won’t look so bad. All these small stocks with potential have been hammered until there is really significant news. Recently 2 dead stocks of mine took off VEL and IES.

The ones with proper plans, proven products and market demand should be ok.

I almost sold GTC out of pure irritation when they announced the amazing gas holder demolition news. Felt like Copus taking the p*ss. He really needs to think like a pi a bit.

To get the best returns in this game you must be strong enough to swim against the tide and don’t ever doubt yourself.

I’ve bought at 40p along with 12.5p. Who knows what the bottom is but I’m sure the risk reward is much better at today’s price.

Whereas in reality most shareholders are on a thumping loss, look at the chart
Anyone selling now has given up but
If they have got something even fractionally as good as they describe, they won’t be selling at this awful price - get decent result or news the share price will rocket. Imho

A nice change to see GTC top of the leader board at the close of business.

Two Warren Buffett quotes If you aren't willing to own a stock for 10 years, don't even think about owning it for 10 minutesMost people get interested in stocks when everyone else is. The time to get interested is when no one else is.

I think it's simple. Batteries will never power large machines IMO, but Hydrogen will, everything from an HGV upwards to ships. Eventually. Patience.

I think you are wrong about hydrogen and it will in time prove huge. Everyone is so impatient these days. But it isn't pleasant watching your investment go down so I empathise. The market will be proved wrong and prices can go up just as fast as they come down.
