If the MoU opens the door to a discussion with GoB, share price over £1

If the MoU is part of an agreed strategy to sell GCM to a Chinese firm who then gets approval, share price over £2.

Assigning a 13rd prob to each and you get an share price of about £1

two things

1. Chartwise stock is breaking out above 50p so next target becomes 100p
2. Some of the GCM product is close to coking coal quality so with coking coal at record levels the value of this project is going up 'several-fold' anyway
