I think the issue is that if you are discussing a mine mouth power plant, it would be a pointless exercise unless you were confident you would be allowed to mine the coal to power it. The clue is in the words used in the RNS- mine mouth coal and power plant.

It's got potential but it's only a mou with china at the moment the government has in a needs to give the go ahead for mining otherwise this will go nowhere

Look at the chart back to 2007. History shows that this share can move from the 10p level to the £1 level and can the go very quickly to £3. Positive sentiment towards this share can cause dramatic rises. Quite often on Friday afternoon you couldn't buy any shares. Next week will be very interesting.

PM spoke positively on coal in August now a Chinese coal firm brought in. Wont happen overnight, but the mood music has changed.

I don't expect the price to hold,it's only a mou on the feasibility of the plant,still miles away from any meaningful sustainable value,I see a spike them a quick retrace,no one wants to hold these another 5 years at pennies,expect alot of people selling at the first hint of this dropping,I sold a batch on Friday and the rest will go tomorrow,seen to many worthless mou on aim to last a lifetime time.

Heard the Chinese just like pgtips tea and that's why they agreed an mou with the English company..
