I think a goahead by May is optimistic mate based on history.

Feasibility on the 2000mw power plant may not even happen. After all it is only a MOU so far

I'm concerned about dilution from the convertible loan.
It has to be converted or paid back by May.I suspect we'll get the go ahead by then and one or more of Tang's pals trouser a huge wedge of Gcm.
Can't we pay it off now ?

I think Michael Tang has spent all the time and money on GCM over the last 3 years because he thinks ist worth alot more than £21 million which is its current market cap.

The question is what is GCM worth in the current situation? A similar company Ncondezi Energy (NCCL) has 4 billion tonnes of easily extractable coal in Mozambique and has already agreed a deal with the Chinese. Shanghai Power has agreed to build a power station at their own expense. The government is keen for it to progress and all the mining and environmental permits are agreed. So what is NCCL worth? £100 million? £1 billion? No,just £13 million. So it appears to me either NCCL is much too cheap or GCM is much too expensive. Personally I hold shares in both companies but recently sold quite a lot of GCM.
