Discussion boards are named for a reason.debate is healthy.a mix of stats and views are helpful at times in coming to an investment dicision.numbers can be manipulated,and are very often.there are a myriad of cant fail companies that failed.

10% of revenues is great - better that than 10% of gaming profits, which would be substantially lower

The 88% recurring is a lovely number and full confirmation of 10% of revenues from the horses mouth was important for me. I believe they are running ahead of broker forecasts this year to date on the real money side and could, assuming they hook up Parx soon, deliver a material beat come y/e.Patent seems to be rolled up into the contracts with existing but would be nice to hear about a fresh license for it albeit it would most likely be presented as a new contract win rather than any liability admitted.The other large unknown is winstar but march commentary suggests decent momentum.Look forward to the agm and further news this month.

Great to see recurring revenues up to 88%, and interesting to hear that they've regularly beaten their main competitor Scientific Games in winning new business.

Also interesting that 28 further states have already/previously introduced gaming legislation which wasn't passed at the time - with the legislative environment changing so fast it won't take much to see such legislation re-introduced.

Slide 18 covers GAN's patents, and notes "Only GAN's Platform can link a patron's reward account to their online gambling accounts".

It good to hear that 2/3 of Americans will be permitted to gamble online with-in 5 years, that's 210 million folks. I wonder what the share price will be then ????

Metis / longwellListened to the podcast and was myself impressed but slightly disappointed by the omission of any mention of the patent issue which, as more states join the rush to legislate will, surely, become more of a money earner. Difficult to cover everything in ten minutes or so I suppose and some interesting stats came out:States legislating in 2017 -1.States legislating in 2018 -2States legislating in 2019 ( up till last weekend) -4Then Illinois on Sunday;GAN aiming to take 10 percent of each bet;Belief that with the recent ruling the DOJ Wire Act challenge has gone and is finished.I have criticised GAN management often on here for poor quality RNS statements and promises not kept ( for example patent update news) and I have not had any issue with adverse comments from posters - perhaps because my opinions are based on specific facts and not generalised statements?

Still have full holding,thanks.
Market rately lets shares head north quickly or in line with potential until the numbers come in.
I am excited about the opportunity gan has but been here before.paysafe was held back, safecharge held back, worldpay sold too early etc.
The word about gan needs to get out but from an informative not speculative point of view.
Only hold 30k shares would love to double though.the big issue on these boards is negative comments get slated instead of debated.

Be interesting to see the presentation in a few hours and whether there is any further reference to strategy - which logically there may be given they are wanting to attract more US institutional investors to complement the growing bunch that have taken positions over the past few months

Useful though what happened a couple hours ago eh..BREAKING: New Hampshire federal judge vacates the DoJ's 2018 Wire Act reinterpretation and issues 60-page opinion concluding that the Wire Act applies only to sports betting. Grants New Hampshire Lottery's motion for summary judgment and denies DoJ's motion to dismiss.

Dont get to ahead of yourselves.price would be alot higher if markets think they can become a big player.they are not.

It's all building up beautifully here now and with Michigan likely to progress this month it's just a question of waiting for the revenue streams to switch on. Only five weeks until internet casino goes live in Pennsylvania, with sports via Parx sooner than that.
