Good to see GAN confirming today that it "anticipates serving one or more land-based casino operators in Indiana with real money Internet gambling technology and supporting services in 2019" - i.e pretty quickly following Indiana's legalisation of sports betting:

LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE (LSE): GAN - EURONEXT DUBLIN (EURONEXT GROWTH): GAME
GAN Welcomes Regulation of Internet Gambling in Indiana
London & Dublin - May 13, 2019: GAN plc ("GAN" or the "Company"), an award-winning developer and supplier of enterprise-level B2B Internet gaming software, services and online gaming content in the United States and Europe, welcomes the signing and legalization of sports betting in Indiana, including state-wide use of mobile and internet wagering. Indiana is the the 10(th) State to legalize and regulate sports betting in the US, following Montana's legalization of single-game wagering via state lottery last week.
GAN anticipates serving one or more land-based casino operators in Indiana with real money Internet gambling technology and supporting services in 2019.
With a population of 6.73 million, the State of Indiana materially increases the number of Americans who will be permitted to bet on sports online. GAN is strongly positioned to serve Indiana's casino operators in the State following a successful launch of Internet casino and sports betting in the State of New Jersey in September 2018 and an expected launch in Pennsylvania in the coming month

As we'd expect it seems Betfair NJ Casino will soon be rebranded and relaunched as Fanduel Casino:https://www.onlinepokerreport.com/36855/betfair-fanduel-new-jersey/The link on the words "Fanduel Casino" fairly near the start takes to an article about it which mentions GAN positively. What I posted yesterday re new games link seems likely to be part of a beefing up of content by GAN for this.

Or at least until Penn goes online next week (albeit Parx may be a few weeks, ie not the very first approved app).Wheels are turning with integrating new product at least. Getting a bit more interesting wouldn’t go amiss though. Think we’re treading water until the strategic review concludes.

Today Indiana became the next state to legalise sports betting, Fox Sports took a 5% slug of The Stars Group for $236m and NY legislature is in discussions with regards to whether mobile can happen without constitutional amendment. All go at the moment. Penn update next significant moment here I would think

I hardly post but i am a LTH here, many thanks to Noujay for the regular updates that make great reading, this is def one of the better boards. The part I liked from the PPBF update was “we estimate the overall US opportunity to be 10 times that of New Jersey”. I also quite like the Gan price movement at the moment, when we were in the 60-70’s the stock became very volatile and encouraged a trading mentality, this feels like 50p is now the floor, and for me this is still a compelling entry price for anyone who missed the ridiculous 40’s. The outcome of the strategic review will be very interesting, firms rarely get a good price when they host the for sale sign versus being approached but as others have said a sale or strategic partnership is the only way Gan are going to grow scale quickly, speed is vital as the market deregulates, organic is too slow and Gan are too small, look how PPBF have stolen a march on Hills who were the original No1 incumbent in Nevada with the strongest brand.

Lack of broker recommendations doesn't help a small cap like GAN, after the spike up on the trading update.

Still 56p is a hell of a lot better than the 41p it fell to just two months ago.

I agree it's books insofar as it ought to be higher but it appears to be trending in the right direction. Maybe some retail investors getting itchy feet but doesn't seem as if the main holders are, of which there are several new US PE firms who certainly won't be in this at 50p to take 20% given the scale of the opportunity.

Positive from PPBF although it really had the pop yesterday in anticipation!US casino looks to be the real winner here as revenues just flow into it through the cross sell. If they hit the same in Pennsylvania then they will be flying.

From this mornings PPBF Trading Update:In the US, FanDuel Group is making huge progress, with our unique proposition of brand, product offering, existing fantasy customer base, US market experience and global sports betting expertise driving a Q1 New Jersey sports betting market share of 50%.

Latest from Regulus for interest:GAN: Q119 – proving the model GAN has reported a 122% increase in group revenue to £4.6m, sufficient growth to generate a positive EBITDA contribution after a material investment phase (£0.6m). The significant net revenue increase was driven mostly by a virtuous combination of NJ's strong sportsbetting performance, PPB's market share gains, casino cross-sell and a positive contract renewal with PPB. While Q2 is likely to be seasonally quieter due to the US sports calendar, momentum should continue through a combination of secular growth, still easy comps and new US markets opening (especially PA, where GAN has PPB and Parx). GAN is a business that is small enough for the US's piecemeal opening of sportsbetting to make a significant strategic and financial difference, beyond hype and/or long-term visions (even though sportsbetting was not an historical focus of the group). Early US B2B positioning might have had some operational / timing glitches and resources remain small relative to the opportunity, but GAN's proposition is clearly working in terms of early market positioning and delivery (no doubt assisted by much more convoluted platform licensing than European markets). The key question now is whether GAN continues to execute as an independent business, or whether early signs of success are sufficient to consummate a strategic investment / takeover.

They push price up ro encourage sellers.
They are after your shares so dont sell.
Steady rising share price is whats needed not this manipulation to pump and dump share price.

Most I can sell at the moment is 1,000 shares at 56.9p but I can buy 75,000 at 59p. That tells a story!

Cash has risen from £5.5 dec to £7.1 Mar to £8.6m at 1st May.That the investment in engineering is complete should see this trend continue as more cash drops straight through to the bottom line.
