10/4/2019 15:58 | So why all these Takeover Code RNS' all of a sudden? Seems odd - yes, up for sale but nobody expressed a hard interest yet or have I missed something | trentendboy
09/4/2019 22:49 | Goldbet look to be performing strongly. Lower margin business for GAN than US real money but nonetheless:https:// | noujay
08/4/2019 13:17 | Thanks for sharing that. Press comment on William Hill US ops this weekend as well so it seems to be getting higher in the consciousness of analysts etc which can only be helpful here | noujay
08/4/2019 11:30 | Nice comment from Davy Stockbrokers in Ireland about the US gaming opportunity for Paddy Power this morning: "DAVY VIEW The land of opportunity or the home of the brave? We think the former. The Paddy Power Betfair (PPB) investor day in New Jersey reinforced our initial view that the US opportunity is exciting and potentially very valuable for the group. Admittedly, there remain multiple variables to consider (not least the timing of market ramp-up). However, on the basis of a 12-24 state market over time, our analysis suggests that the US could be worth £10-20/share." | rivaldo
05/4/2019 16:21 | Market seems to like the scientific games ipo registration for their social gaming business. Shame they can't wrap GAN in as part of that! | noujay
05/4/2019 10:41 | Perhaps a bit of tax year movement today.See GAN are headline sponsoring the EGR awards this year - one way or another they are stepping up the profile! | noujay
05/4/2019 08:40 | I can buy at 49.8p,but only get 48.75p to sell, so it is possible the 50k trades going through at the mid price of 49.5p were buys. | mylands
03/4/2019 23:41 | Guess that will become evident with any new partnerships/licensi | noujay

03/4/2019 11:18 | States opening up everywhere. Want to hear more about the law case. It is right for GAN to put themselves in the shop window - in reality they were already in it so no surprise that people have been sniffing around already. | trentendboy
03/4/2019 09:12 | PlayPennsylvania reporting that Parx may be looking to launch online sports betting mid-April. Sooner Penn gets online the better | noujay

02/4/2019 09:03 | They employ monkeys with liberal arts degrees to fill in these forms. Dont be surprised if there are mistakes. | phowdo
02/4/2019 08:41 | Liberum have come up with a 'strange' Form 8.5 RNS which shows they purchased 13,000 shares at 0.050575 GBP and sold 17,032 at 0.0536 GBP on the 1st April. Unless my maths is up the creek, they bought at 5.0575p and sold at 5.36p. I wish I could get stock so cheaply!! | mylands

01/4/2019 16:30 | Sorry, did you miss the update today Brownie?? | mip55
01/4/2019 16:24 | So a director sells at 51p a few months ago. Losses widen in the recent results and the board wave rhe white flag and look for offers. Holders may thus get out of jail, but in the event of no bids this will fall sub 40p having tried and failed to do a deal. a certain 50p on offer does not seem like a bad deal to get out on. | brownie69
01/4/2019 12:22 | Be a few of these procedural updates coming in this week. Which is useful since the website investors area is way out of date! | noujay
01/4/2019 11:59 | Taken some profits from here | nw99
01/4/2019 11:51 | FORM 8.3 - 'Forms 8.3 and 8.5 are disclosure forms required by the Takeover Panel to clarify material interests in the share register of a UK-listed company that is in a bid situation' | gersemi
01/4/2019 11:45 | Indeed. My sense is that even in the instance of the board looking to do a deal within a deal, ie without necessarily putting the general shareholder base in first equal position, the natural momentum of the US market will carry this higher over the next few quarters. The uptick in free cash along with the Winstar JV are fantastic indicators that the business is in a strong position. Also, in consideration of PE - leveraging the free cash of this company wouldn't currently get them anywhere near to a higher valuation so as a cut price deal it wouldn't work. Of course you can skin things in many ways so my observation is hardly definitive.Beyond the Friday announcements I try to retain focus on the fundamental growth story and see only more meaningful progress this year so in my thinking the longer it takes for somebody to come to the table, the more it will necessarily cost. | noujay |
