I held em back post that series of warnings over Aberdeen West contract, I think some of the posts are way too bullish for the time being, but I kinda think the company has good prospects with a much strengthened balance sheet. Been buying a few lately, nothing to serious, just a punt, can see that this a decent company in a pretty derisory market margin wise. Think Hocking does know his stuff, would like to see them be consistent all the same!

Ur in LaLaLand Ammu, I hope you are right but just blurting out a number you have plucked from your head makes no sense, investors likely need to see a set of results under Hocking without Linden to put a sheen on them.

Kier, Costain have debt problems.This company doesn't. 155p cash level. Low margins are well known in the industry. This will be 200p soon.

Bill Hocking sounds as daft as his name, GFRD might have off-loaded the Linden Homes division for a fair price, and as it has turned out maybe at the right time, but that was just luck with this coronavirus arriving after the deal was done, but Prothero could probably have got more, but GFRD was over a barrel and needed the cash!

Most stocks were down today. No debt unlike other construction companies with decent amount of cash in hand.Patience required.... should be trading above 200p++

Couldn't with AJ bell when they dropped the ask to 130p.Also I found that I couldn't place limit order with AJ bell for this share.Has anyone else has that issue ?

Cash position is at 152p.No debt.No value attached to business.MMS will drop the share price but won't let you buy.....
