12/11/2021 15:14 | It's of course a possibility | value viper
12/11/2021 14:59 | Combined holding with Bayford 29.67 ? Does this mean bid imminent? | ivancampo
12/11/2021 14:56 | Harwood capital have acquired 3% more somehow / off who Peter Mills | value viper
10/11/2021 14:38 | 600k is barely 0.27% of shares outstanding. If its a big insti looking to reduce their stake, then this is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of big sells coming through... | boonkoh
10/11/2021 13:21 | Over £100k worth dumped at 17p !! | value viper
10/11/2021 12:11 | 15p (!) was brief Covid lows Rebounded quickly to 40p - now this ...time for something to give | value viper
07/11/2021 19:34 | Surely time for shareholder action? | ivancampo
05/11/2021 10:01 | Looks like my prediction is coming true... Rapidly heading to 15p. Directors all loyal to Harwood and not making any buys, positive update statements.Harwood and the other concert party not buying any shares either, even at this low price. Why? Because they want the price to keep drifting downwards, so when they make their "33% premium offer of 20p" it'll look like an amazing offer to institutions. | boonkoh
21/10/2021 21:37 | The main issue is rebuilding gross margins. Turnover growth is good but the workforce need to be more productive. Not very clear that this has been tackled and the last presentation wasn't very clear on this area. I am watching, but not convinced the new management team are quite on top of the cost side of the business yet. | topvest
19/10/2021 08:30 | Bad news in the price now imv - looking forward - better outlook etcSitting duck potentially IF Bayford may wish to offer again Or anyone else for that matter ..... | value viper
29/9/2021 14:36 | Some positive noises coming out at last but lets not forget performance has been diabolical over the last few years, return on capital is negative, net profit of 5m in 37m of sales in 2017 to a forecasted loss this year on 51m sales (should be a recovery year) , weakened balance sheet with net cash moving to net debt, dividend cancellation to mention a few. The new management team still have a lot to do to restore shareholder value. Lets hope this is the inflection point. Good luck all. | sl71
29/9/2021 11:41 | Been loads of stock on offer for months now, finally finding buyers at this level. Looks a good entry point on today's update. Just confused why Turner et al have not yet picked up the overhang, its good at 32/34/37 etc why not early 20's? Closed period could be partly to do with it, expect they'll get involved now. | ivancampo
29/9/2021 10:23 | Given order book and outlook it should be at 40p imo | pictureframe
29/9/2021 08:45 | This really is undervalued! | pictureframe
21/9/2021 11:48 | The scripted answers were disappointing in delivery.Let's see how candid the board are to the posted Q&A.TU on 29th September to look how H1 has performed...Holding. | shipleyview
18/9/2021 17:59 | Since the Harwood tender offer at 26.25p the share price has disappointingly dropped another 15%. Will be interesting to hear the response from the board on tuesdays investor presentation, there a link on the rns if anyone wishes to ask questions or request specific points to be addressed in the presentation. | sl71
18/8/2021 19:44 | Well, board and management now all new since 2020... After Harwood got more active... Next stage will be a big profit warning and pessimistic outlook, causing the share price to plunge further to 15p IMO.And then probably a takeover offer at a 30% premium at 20p. Would look generous, but really..... | boonkoh
30/7/2021 14:33 | Obviously fiddled the results so that bottom line was a mighty £0.1m. Psychologically so much better than b/e! Usual stuff - focusing on EBITDA because proper bottom line is garbage. Waffling on about Covid problems but no mention of how much Rishi has propped them up. Their Nomad and Board don't appear to GAF. Well out and staying out. Jam tomorrow? My ar5e! | ramp markrakash
30/7/2021 11:40 | Directors bought 1.65 million shares at 34p not that long ago...ouch | pictureframe
30/7/2021 11:10 | The market seems to be disappointed by the results which seem to be in the range that was flagged up? Clearly been impacted by all things Covid thus as we come out of the worst effects a buying opportunity could be looming here. Looking to dip a toe in once its found a new level. | brownie69
30/7/2021 11:08 | Not sound fundamentally after all Kitchen sink job today This time next year now maybe? Wonder how low it will go | jailbird
20/7/2021 10:57 | At the least the directors are sharing the pain on their recent substantial purchases | pictureframe
14/7/2021 08:05 | Yes, but they do need to keep getting £4-5m of contracts a month to keep the business growing. Would still like to see a trading update so that we know how much the smaller contracts are adding up to. | 18bt |
