Are they accumulating with a view to taking private?

It's good that they are showing faith and putting there own money in :) always a positive.

Agreed. I interpreted it as 2x600k sells and 1.2m buy (or the other way around). Hopefully we'll get confirmation tomorrow.

Just tried to add a few as it seems to be ticking up. But couldn't get any. Not even a few hundred.

Mystified by the recent significant drop in the valuation. The company has a great deal to offer mid to long term, as well as that long promised special dividend

That was a nice surprise this morning. An unexpected positive RNS!

I would rather it had been before now at the lower share price as these are reinvested. I see that Sunak is creating a green Bank to fund green infrastructure in the North - We could be a major benificary of this

I hope uncle phil will let us have a spec divi once the H1 results come out in Dec.

I can't. Smart meters, electric car re charge points, wind/solar farm high voltage storage solutions to supply grid in times of high demand. It's got a lot going for it. I'm kicking myself for not buying more in March. Oh well, live and learn

Someone please tell me the reasons not to invest in Fulcrum...? I might be missing something...Bayford buying, CxP buying, Boris investing in green...why wouldn’t it be good slow burner for 36 months?!

Would like to know who bought 600,000 shares for more than £250k.
Shows as a sell but spread changed as buy completed.

Incremental profits from domestic assets and increased cashflow - should underpin recent share price growth here.

Let's be thankful we got back to >40p... now onwards and upwards :)

Could have been much worse!

That relates to last Friday's trades - 2.15m and 2 x 1.075m.Late Tuesday there was also a 2.5m trade (buy) this is what I'm expecting an RNS for.

in the absence of a further RNS - it seems turner bought 1075k - the 2150k was not a buy in itself

Smart Metering and EV charging points are clearly the way forward and the 'in thing' so hopefully years of decent gains ahead.

Director buys also make issuing news which is significantly positive unlikely.

Tuesday's 2.5m buy not yet allocated. Due another RNS soon I reckon. Much further to go.

Director buys etc.. seen as good news.

Plus I'm guessing a re-rate of sorts.

Good for us shareholders that the 26.25 was rejected

Lest we forget......it was only 6 months ago in april that we were offered 26.25p a share in the tender offer......6 months later a 46% increase in the share price would have netted the prospective buyer a cash gain of £6.4m if they had acquired the full 53.5m shares in their plan ........good operators
