Hopefully now an agreement is in place and tender offer has gone away it'll be onwards and upwards.

Looking forward to some results.. whenever they'll be.

A return to Divi paying would also be very welcome where most have cut or suspended them.. that would be a big tick. Time will tell.

It all sounds rather friendly - it's always interesting to see how these agreements pan out - I suspect it will all deoend on whether the new NEDs are truly independent of mind or poodles. But it does at least allow the management team to move on and create value.

I did wonder with their initial speculative approach if it was genuine, or a game to drive up the share price I guess we will find out tomorrow.

That was Harwood et al holding 24,515 per RNS mid may.
RNS tomorrow or friday.

Does anyone know when FY results are likely to be this year? They were so late last year and I'm wondering if they're going to get back in line in reporting to end of March.
With Harewood, goodness knows what they're doing - saying they'll be in touch with their contact details for shareholders to contact them and then not even being forthcoming with this. Sham outfit.
