its definitely not a loss, and if you really wanted to you can sell your shares via a middle man off market broker, see FCRM website for details.

you (we) still hold the shares, just like the major shareholders who are mentioned in glowing lights in the RNS.

If the turn-around continues then potentially a dividend can still be paid to shareholders, plus there is the chance of a management buy out. In that scenario an offer would have to be made for your shares.

All not lost and was the reason I took a small position knowing these were about to de-list. Clearly this business has a future.

Hope this helps.

happy holder :-)

I wont be bullied out of my shares by delist.

Company still exists, so happy to sit on my shares bought at much reduced price compared to the 2 major shareholders.

Let them get on and return the company to profit (and dividends). Yes delisted shares can still pay a dividend. RAVP is one example.

D & D What makes you value FCRM @ £3.2m? I see possibly £2.4m....assuming the convertibility and £24m if it doesn't and in due course we get back to near profit from the lag of management changes coming in to play and revenue collected successfully and further contracts coming in to play!

Who knows....... maybe the carrot of possible 0.5p for us P.I.s to participate?? and if we don't then they will be justified in increasing their ownership far beyond 30% x 2.....but the slowly slowly catchy monkey theory says pay 2p to participate now and then get what you can at 0.5p to average down to say e.g. 1p? .....our major shareholders/lenders won't be averaging anywhere near 1p......so this is my strategy?? a punt!

I was invested in FCRM and made a very small profit in Sept selling out in the 7p range.....so it's a pure gamble for me now....but am I prepared to properly invest at 0.5p???? .....that's the big conundrum? Is it just the big design to enrich "them"?? and de-rich moi?

Probably foreign bad actors, not kids in back bedrooms, looking to find ways into any UK utility or infrastructure management company to create mayhem. This reads as not massively impactful. FCRM should contact UK Authorities (NCSC) if not already done so - I guess they have.

Very common problem at mo.

"No data was breached or accessed during the Activity."

They are not alone but not everyone announces. A constant battle ongoing. Looks like FCRM handled this appropriately and often the good news is it highlights areas to fortify. So no big negative but a chance to strengthen.

It can never just rain at FCRM. Now a cyber incident.
