How long do you think a deal would take to do with Exxon for example? A week?, a month? A year?

Couple of months max is my guess once due diligence has been done on the fields and wells.

No money has arrived. There has been nothing to suggest that talks going on with majors (which apparently started in June/July) would prevent the investor from sending the money required

WShak, I'm not to sure what to make of the above comment from you. Are you actually being serious?

FRR quite cleverly have been going their own way on field development. Now that Two Super Majors have arrived on the scene looking to do a deal with FRR for a FO or JV on the T field, doesn't it make sense to hold Niko till commercial discussions with the Super Majors are completed? It makes sense to me, does it not make sense to you WShak?

If you were part of the deal with COVE surely you see this makes total business sense???

The last thing that FRR have said on this matter OFFICIALLY is this:

"As previously announced on 25 May 2018, the Company has successfully secured funding for the drilling (by way of well sidetracking) of the Niko-1 well in Taribani to a target Zones 9, 14, 15 with intention of producing these zones together. Negotiations are in progress to amend the Niko-1 well funding contract such that it allows the Niko-1 well to be sidetracked/drilled and completed in Zone 19 and subsequently tested and produced in a similar manner as Taribani well T-39. The Company will provide an update in due course regarding final outcome."

The "major" story only came out after FRR fell out with YA.

Why do you think that might be?

Two Super Majors have rocked up onto the scene. It was difficult to predict that event fella. So if it makes you feel better I did not predict two Super Majors being interested in FRR and B12.

The T wells have not been put into production as they are being tested as the super majors do there due diligence. Therefore cash flows are super tight.

Zaza has pulled up YA due to something irregular with YA so this liability is off the table for now. I agree FRR are running on fumes. I'm surprised that Zaza didn't do a cheeky PB for $1m to see holders over the finish line.

Could it be that Zaza is supremely confident of a deal with a super major being done very very soon? Seems so WShak.

I do agree with you, FRR are out of cash, since the meeting I haven't suggested otherwise.

Actually, you claimed for a long time that cash flow from the T wells was gushing in and there was no reason to raise cash. It's only now that you recognise that was totally false.

FRR stated they had an agreement that cash would arrive on September 1st to fund the Niko well. At the time, we bears laughed our heads off and said the money would never come because we know how FRR operate. Guess what? No money.

For months and months, we told you that bad news was being buried wrt Ud-2, T wells, cash levels, and arbitration - we were right on every bit.

You think it's good to be wrong? Let's see how that works out for you.
