The one thing here is to not get caught holding the baby if the most likely scenario unfolds.It's a huge risk to be holding these shares so my personal opinion is that this is sh1t or bust with bust having a >95% probability.I wouldn't be short either (though I don't personally short) as the outcomes either way are huge!

PMSL you are a nob sometimes fozzy. I don't think he is doing that but if he was he's risking all the equity. If YA go to court and win and FRR can't pay them then you're screwed!

It's common ground that FRR have not paid FRR for the last 3 months+ and yet Zaza says they have a good case to argue. That's some case!

Your honour we didn't pay them because we think they've been shorting our shares! Lol good luck with that.

FRR will roll over soon enough. I wonder how many shares it will cost them?

For someone that allegedly champions the little man you have a great deal of sympathy with YA. I'm not insinuating anything dear chap, simply an observation.

I can't speak for Log, but I have a great deal of sympathy for YA.

They are a highly spivvy outfit, who make no bones about what they are - death spiral financiers who can be used as a conduit for companies to rip fee a whole load of shares to their investors. Everyone who uses them knows their methods.

Unfortunately for FRR, things have become so desperate that they have broken their legal agreement with one of the few firms that were willing to give them any money.

I expect things to be resolved because, whilst YA are a very spivvy outfit, I expect them to get over the shock that they have come across someone even spivvier, and they will cut a deal.

Together, they'll soon get back to dumping a load of stock on you all.

I could very easily read between the lines with the way Zaza answered all the questions. I am very happy to hold. Zaza was telling the truth about the super Majors. Why wouldn't he? Repsol, Exxon and Schlumberger are all now interested in Georgia. Why would this be a surprise?

The big risk I see is that the deal does not live up to expectations. I think if super Majors are involved the risk of this is low.

If you honestly beilive that Zaza is lying about a super major deal being imminent I.e done this year then what kind of serious conversation can we have?

I seem to recall you saying that about UD-2 gas making it's way to market by end of 2017. It took a few months more for Zaza to confess to the fact that the well had failed even though he knew it had.
