Just a guess.

I'd say FRR is trying to get the Jul 2020 loan notes dissociated from the asset before a deal with a Super Major gets signed.

Pure speculation but I can see how the lawyers would want those loan notes dealt with. I see this as a positive that things have moved onto advanced discussions with the Super Majors.

YA served default. As I said before this no doubt triggered default on the more senior Outrider debt. The RNS today is seeking an order to prevent Outrider taking action to take FRRs assets.

There is no way on earth a JV or similar can happen without clearing all the debt as it now stands.

YA have issued a default notice, which would trigger early repayment to other creditors.

FRR are wriggling like mad as all the claims are flooding in.

You say certain terms FRR have breached, what terms are these?

Now Outrider is interesting as it's the company that has initiated proceedings.

I haven't written to anyone.

The PSC refers to all of the acreage.

Certain terms refers to the terms that FRR have breached.

FRR are now in dispute with 3 different bodies - how are they going to farm-out to anyone, even if they could?

They don't have any cash, by the way.

I'd speculate that somebody went crying to the Nomad about the shareholding meeting and Zaza has been forced into responding.

With Two Majors still on the table id say its the shorts in trouble.

Where does it say "ALL" of the PSC.

It actually states "respect to CERTAIN terms of the Company's production sharing contract ("PSC")"

Ref Outrider, now that's interesting, it looks like it FRR that have initiated proceedings and not Outrider. Possibly it's linked to the super major that is about to potentially occur.

Hilarious!

FRR confirm that:

- absolutely nothing has moved on in their talks with two industry majors.

- arbitration with the host government over the ENTIRE PSC are continuing. Naughty Zaza suggested at the meeting it wasn't over any important bits.

- Outrider (debt holders) have joined the queue in terms of making a claim on FRR's assets.

So, once the host government, YA and loan note holders have all gone through the court process (none of it FRR's fault, obviously), then they can progress talks (which are at an early stage) with the majors.

Zaza told everyone things were really close to a golden era, didn't he?

It's highly unlikely if you ask me but I can't honestly say it's impossible just as you can't say it's impossible that FRR are forced to issue 2.5bn new shares to YA to settle their debts.

Seriously, YA was the last thing on Zaza's mind. If YA have done something illegal all bets are off. They can wait.
