12/10/2018 07:49 | Just a guess. I'd say FRR is trying to get the Jul 2020 loan notes dissociated from the asset before a deal with a Super Major gets signed. Pure speculation but I can see how the lawyers would want those loan notes dealt with. I see this as a positive that things have moved onto advanced discussions with the Super Majors. | thefozzer
12/10/2018 07:49 | YA served default. As I said before this no doubt triggered default on the more senior Outrider debt. The RNS today is seeking an order to prevent Outrider taking action to take FRRs assets. There is no way on earth a JV or similar can happen without clearing all the debt as it now stands. | loglorry1
12/10/2018 07:48 | thefozzer, Outrider own loan notes. YA have issued a default notice, which would trigger early repayment to other creditors. FRR are wriggling like mad as all the claims are flooding in. | wshak
12/10/2018 07:45 | Wshak, You did appear completely miffed at the recording. It wasn't an accusation from me, it was mearly a question to you. You say certain terms FRR have breached, what terms are these? Now Outrider is interesting as it's the company that has initiated proceedings. Nice to hear Zaza reiterate... Industry Partner Discussions and Extended Well Testing "The Company previously announced that it had entered into Non-Disclosure and Data Exchange Agreements with two industry majors with a view to progressing possible transactions involving a farmout or joint operating agreement." | thefozzer
12/10/2018 07:37 | thefozzer, I haven't written to anyone. The PSC refers to all of the acreage. Certain terms refers to the terms that FRR have breached. FRR are now in dispute with 3 different bodies - how are they going to farm-out to anyone, even if they could? They don't have any cash, by the way. | wshak
12/10/2018 07:37 | Lol. Not really Loggy. I'd speculate that somebody went crying to the Nomad about the shareholding meeting and Zaza has been forced into responding. With Two Majors still on the table id say its the shorts in trouble. | thefozzer
12/10/2018 07:33 | Fess up WShak, did you go running to the Nomad? One of you did lol. I see you're making stuff up again. Where does it say "ALL" of the PSC. It actually states "respect to CERTAIN terms of the Company's production sharing contract ("PSC")" Ref Outrider, now that's interesting, it looks like it FRR that have initiated proceedings and not Outrider. Possibly it's linked to the super major that is about to potentially occur. | thefozzer
12/10/2018 07:33 | This could drag on for months maybe years. | apache_dropout
12/10/2018 07:27 | Hilarious! FRR confirm that: - absolutely nothing has moved on in their talks with two industry majors. - arbitration with the host government over the ENTIRE PSC are continuing. Naughty Zaza suggested at the meeting it wasn't over any important bits. - Outrider (debt holders) have joined the queue in terms of making a claim on FRR's assets. So, once the host government, YA and loan note holders have all gone through the court process (none of it FRR's fault, obviously), then they can progress talks (which are at an early stage) with the majors. Zaza told everyone things were really close to a golden era, didn't he? | wshak
12/10/2018 07:23 | ...very interesting and sudden development regarding the 2020 notes... | thefozzer
12/10/2018 07:16 | Did this happen? Exxon CEO to Zaza...hey booooy, what's all this sheeeet I'm readin on ADVFN about you and I doin a deal. Zaza to Exxon CEO...nothing was said govnor, it's those pesky Brits putting 1+1 together and getting 2. Interesting about the loan notes. I wonder if that's because a massive deal is about to land? | thefozzer
12/10/2018 07:10 | Haha...fess up...who went moaning to the Nomad about the shareholder meeting... Loggy and WShak do you know lol | thefozzer
12/10/2018 07:06 | Super Major deal is imminant... Listen to the voice recording...its happening... Exxon has to be in the mix... Let's hope for a 0.43p close today... | thefozzer
11/10/2018 17:53 | Nice little FRRally tomorrow perhaps? Nice to end the week around 0.43-0.45. | thefozzer
11/10/2018 17:47 | Its all about reading between the lines and joining the dots and DYOR. There's really not too long to go now Loggy before either I'm vindicated or you are. | thefozzer
11/10/2018 17:45 | @fozzy well I've gotta humour you or you might get all sad. It's highly unlikely if you ask me but I can't honestly say it's impossible just as you can't say it's impossible that FRR are forced to issue 2.5bn new shares to YA to settle their debts. | loglorry1
11/10/2018 17:43 | Ahhh so Jack was your contact then? Good luck with that one, wasn't he the dear chap that thought the revs for the life time of one Taribani oil well was for the entire field. Haha. | thefozzer
11/10/2018 17:40 | Must say it's jolly decent of you to now be opening up your mind to the super majors doing a deal with FRR. Good sport Loggy. | thefozzer
11/10/2018 17:39 | Good point Loggy, This is this risk I've been saying is appropriate to FRR now. Will the deal with the super majors live up to expectations? I think we'll find out very soon. | thefozzer
11/10/2018 17:38 | Log, Jaknife looked into the man's eyes and thought what he was saying was hilarious. Must be playing hard to get ... | wshak
11/10/2018 17:36 | From where I'm standing YA can pretty much ask for what they want and get it because Zaza hasn't paid them despite what he said at the meeting -------------------- Seriously, YA was the last thing on Zaza's mind. If YA have done something illegal all bets are off. They can wait. | thefozzer |
