WShak,

I do agree with you, FRR are out of cash, since the meeting I haven't suggested otherwise.

What 2018 campaign? The T oil and gas wells and MK gas well have now been drilled. The technical studies on them have been or are almost complete. Niko drilling is now pending the super majors commercial discussions.

Commercial discussions with the Super Majors are now being agreed upon. The deal will be announced soon if all goes well.

I know that you like to be right all the time but sometimes in life it can be good to be wrong. It can be a great teacher WShak.

This is a pretty accurate situation of the FRR cash position

thefozzer,

There's only two and a half months left until the end of the year but FRR have already said via official RNS that they don't have the money to complete their 2018 programme and will require refinancing to do so.

I know you don't value official communication via a regulated news service (I'm wary of it when it comes from FRR) but you might want to avert your gaze from Zaza eyes for just a moment and take a look ...

Good morning Tune,

Do you remember Loggy on Sunday? Full on panic mode, now that's being afraid.

WShak is way to emotionally attached and his past experiences have coloured his peceptions.

Me? I'm not afraid. Always said its a highly speculative stock but I think the worst is now behind shareholders.

What do you think a RNS with the words BP Exxon or ENI will do to the share price? Difficult one to predict I'll leave that one to the so called TA experts.

Another day closer...

Morning chaps,

Afraid? Ha I could sell now for a profit so I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be afraid of?

Unfortunately WShak, you do come across as bitter and very emotional attached to this particular stock. That's ok, this drives you this passion, it's a conviction buy for you and I like this rather than cooley being detached.

Like I said at a guess.

1) Exxon for MK as a Farm out

2) BP or ENI for Taribani as a joint venture.

How long to go till end of year now? Couple of months. Will Zaza get investors across the finish line? He may just do it.

WShak isn't arrogant he's just right I'm afraid.

Im not advising anyone to sell but the price the market is offering you today is absolutely wonderful. Some here can get out relatively unscarred. That's a gift you probably won't get for long.

thefozzer,

You can view it as arrogance.

I view it as pulling back the curtain to reveal the Wizard of Oz.

I don't think it'll be long before I start getting complaints about how I must have been in possession of inside information to have called this so correctly.

@fozzy at what point in that recoding does Zaza confirm it's a super major not just major as per the RNS.

I'm not disputing he did just wondered if you have a reference for my notes.

Cheers

Jme1066,

WShak is a very bitter man where FRR is concerned, he's doubling down now.

You love regurgitating half truths, Zaza is also an investor and we’re proving up our resource (finally) by selling oil...FRR is a different beast now

On days like this, don't worry about stuff like cash levels, history of failure, arbitration with host government, default notices from death spiral financiers, etc.

All that matters is that an AIM CEO has rounded up a bunch of you and stared lovingly into your eyes and sounded very, very confident.

That's the number one rule with investment in an AIM resource stock, obviously.

and still no Rns on how the fracking went on that tin of WD40 they found. .anyone heard any rumours, if it's a gusher or not?

Skipper,

It's already been RNS'd ref the two oil majors on 3 SEP. The Nomad will have seen evidence of this. WShak and Loggy have their heads well in the sand. Certainly WShaks emotional attachment to this company will be his investment downfall.

"The Company is pleased to announce that it has entered into Non-Disclosure and Data Exchange Agreements with two industry majors and is currently progressing with technical work and commercial discussions regarding possible transactions involving a farmout or joint operating arrangement within its Block 12 holdings in Georgia"

Frankly I am despairing with some of the stuff I am seeing on here. If you don't believe thst the company is in serious discussions with the majors why don't you just put in a call to the Nomad and ask him if he has appropriate documentation confirming that it has been evidenced? He probably has a black list of liars and scoundrels he doesn't want to talk to, but surely it is not beyond the wit of some to get around that?

You might then question the wisdom of believing everything the ringmaster tells you and your mistaken belief that the future will replicate the past.

Big funds stopped investing in small caps?So there are no funds any more that specialise in small caps? That might be a front page story in the Financial Times that I have missed ...I can understand why they may have given up, however. How can they possibly compete against your "I gazed into Zaza's eyes and saw his pure soul" technique?

WShak,

Big funds generally stopped investing in small caps after the big crash of 2008/2009.

I was at the meeting, either Zaza is an Oscar winning actor or he is telling the truth about a Super Major deal being imminant.

Thefozzer,Should that happen - at a value that enhances FRR's share price, I would feel awful. That's exactly why I wouldn't make the comments that I do about FRR lightly. If you like at my posting history, you won't find any stock that I have been this negative on where I've been wrong. Shareholders invariably make huge losses when all comes to light and those pumping the stock slither off to push the next story.Perhaps FRR will prove me wrong - it isn't impossible.I remain of the firm view that you are all being led down a garden path, however, and that FRR shares are worthless. Why do you think that there isn't a single institution invested in this firm?

WShak,

I have read the accounts.

FRR are very low on cash, Zaza is trying to haul FRR over the finish to a deal with a super major such as Exxon without dilution.

I do wonder WShak, If a deal with EXXON, BP or ENI is announced with FRR and the share price rockets will you feel bad about those you may have influenced to sell?
