If that were my net worth (it's not close, FWIW), I still wouldn't have a significant exposure. The shares could quadruple and I could handle it easily.

Interesting theory and there could be some truth in it. I think it's profit taking myself and fair play to them. There's at least a few more weeks to go before news breaks here.

Stab in the dark, I'd say end of Nov for "that" RNS.

Symore's view on iiI don't think it is vendor who are selling any shares - personally I think its down to some big shorters who are seriously in trouble and "doubling down". Look at the way they are squirming on a few Bulletin Boards over the past few days. Actually someone of these shorters have resurfaced today as the share price has reversed, which was to be expected after a near 50% rise over the past 3 trading days. Plus, some may recall that over past few weeks [before the shareholders meeting], every time the share price showed signs of recovery, someone would throw in a 15m sell (which was around GBP45k when the share price was around 0.30p). To be fair, it kept the lid on the s/p. Now stakes have increased with 30m sells. Yes, its a speculative theory on my part but when you have people like WShak who allegedly has GBP7M in assets, combined with his team mates like TW, an orchestrated shorting is happening. Personally I don't think vendors are selling presently because they are very close to the action in the field and also close to Zaza. They gave credit terms to FRR when it was in a far weaker position, so they are hardly now going to be selling shares now when there are two oil heavy weights in the field doing their analysis. Like us, they can see the light at the end of the tunnel and are waiting for pennies not pittances. JMO

If you just want to have a dig at Zaza all day then please get it off your chest.

I was there, I saw and heard Zaza. A deal with a super major is imminant fellas. I know its not what you wanted to hear as you were hoping this stock was going to 0.05p but that's the stock market chaps.

The most basic question was "does the NDA prevent you from revealing flow rates?"

Zaza answered, "were it not for the major interest, flow rates would have been released", or words to that effect.

See how he didn't confirm that an NDA prevented him from releasing news - likely because it doesn't in the slightest? No-one pushed him on it, because they didn't want to hear the answer, even if he was willing to give it.

He's a slippery character, IMHO.

Incidentally, thefozzer, I also had an associate at the meeting.

He stared into the same eyes you did, and couldn't believe that everyone was swallowing whatever Zaza said and allowed him to swerve any questions he didn't want to answer.

I heard the recording. You seem to think staring into his eyes made all the difference to the context of his words.

The shares are up 35%, yet you think nothing material (unvetted, of course) was said?

It was a huge pumping exercise, and everyone there bought into it.

There's a reason why news must be released via RNS.

I am a very good judge of character, it's important to my line of work. I call tell quite quickly if somebody is deflecting questions, not telling the truth and actively lying. I can categorically tell you that Zaza believes there's an imminant incoming deal with a super major.

What do you want putting in an RNS that's not already in there? Do you want Zaza to give you a day by day update of the negotiations? Sorry fella the stock market doesn't work that way.

@fozzy sounds like you are bit disappointed cos FRR shot up 20-30% based on a load of unsubstantiated and contradictory nonsense Zaza fed you at a meeting and now it's gone back down a bit today you are a bit miffed.

I have to admit when I listened to the recording I felt a bit sorry for you guys. He really is stitching you up like kippers. Almost none of it made any sense and none of you managed to press him on any of the points. Not one of you even said "How much oil have you sold from testing". It's a very simple question with a straight forward numerical answer.

None of you seem to care that he made statements like "if not in discussions [with majors] all wells would be in production" which clearly implies all wells are commercial, clearly commercially sensitive information which has never been disclosed in an RNS.

Why not? Has he just forgotten! Infact how does he even know they are commercial if he hasn't finished testing? If he has where are the results.

Zaza came across as desperate to me. He made statements which were either untrue or now need to be in an RNS as the information is in the public domain. I wonder what will happen?

I know you've got your "I've stared in Zaza's eyes and they gave me a warm feeling in my tummy" backing for your shares, but don't you think an RNS would be useful?

As for this being a pump and dump. It's just done 35% in two trading sessions. A small pullback is healthy before the next leg up.

Oh and there will be a next leg up WShak of this I'm sure :-)
