Brexit is done, hopefully covid19 being controlled better
and UK share prices are undervalued.

Especially here and retailers, I have recently bought sdry too.

Private Equity all over British companies all of a sudden and therefore this could go the same way, expect a bid imo

Go go go. Turning out to be my best trade of last 12 months . 38 to 64 so far . Quietly moving and just staying the course . 90-105 remaining my desired 1st target .

Numis need to pull their finger out if going to achieve £3m by 1st March.Unless I missed it, no RNS for a buyback yesterday.......did they actually intend to spend £3m?. If they don't then hopefully a special div is in order!.

On the buyback, FOXT has spent £1.325m and bought back 2.513m shares, that is an average price of 52.73p.

Top..not sure you’ll see 4M coming, more like a few hundred thousand over the next 1/2 yrs. Foxy could easily be a takeover target this year, certainly a strong hold this year imo

General markets are positive as investors sense a big recovery as we come out of lockdown and ramp up the economy, everything is a hold now after accumulating opportunities recently GLA

Forgot to add a few more yesterday as the volume was quite high, normally a sudden and big jump in volume signals that the recent trend is about to reverse.

Wow some high volume today for some reason. The 3 month average is only about 900k and their daily buyback is usually around 100k.

Unless their experience is completely different to almost all other agents of scale in and around London, Foxtons will have had a very successful H2 in 2020 and will, no doubt, announce strong results despite the migration of some people from Zones 1-6 out into the country.The 64000 dollar question however is how much negative effect on 21 results will be caused by increased levels of redundancy and the ongoing migration out of London.My guess, is not TOO much and I therefore bought stock today at what appears to be an attractive price.

Possibly yes, I see they issued one last year on 30 January, but otherwise nothing is in the corporate calendar until March and the FY Results. Would be nice to see some guidance on where the year ended.
