I suppose FOXT can resume the buyback program today. They did not get the chance to purchase any shares last two trading days as the share price moved up over 5% shortly after the opening bell.

I think there is a bid coming for these from PE, loads of stuff getting bought at bottom of cycle for peanuts and if they are using $ to do it its even cheaper as £ crushed by the brexit fiasco. Take out on these about 1.10/1,18 I think, with a rival bid nearer 1.28. Restaurant group another buyout for PE as well, shame really but covid brexit sxxt government etc for years now decimatated London listed values.

Alliance News

'Foxtons Group PLC, up 5.6% at 63.80 pence, 12-month range 27.00p-98.00p. The estate agent was on the up again, after rising 6.7% on Friday. On Friday, property portal Rightmove said it had its busiest ever January, with site visits surging as new buyers were undeterred by Covid-19 health crisis or the looming end to the UK stamp duty holiday at the end of March.'

All the hallmarks of a bid landing are there to see ...

the question is when and for how much? £1.20 a share?

Top..not sure you’ll see 4M coming, more like a few hundred thousand over the next 1/2 yrs. Foxy could easily be a takeover target this year, certainly a strong hold this year imo
