Unless their experience is completely different to almost all other agents of scale in and around London, Foxtons will have had a very successful H2 in 2020 and will, no doubt, announce strong results despite the migration of some people from Zones 1-6 out into the country. The 64000 dollar question however is how much negative effect on 21 results will be caused by increased levels of redundancy and the ongoing migration out of London. My guess, is not TOO much and I therefore bought stock today at what appears to be an attractive price.

A newspaper claims that thousands of customers' financial details held by Foxtons Group are being freely accessed on the so-called dark web.

Possibly yes, I see they issued one last year on 30 January, but otherwise nothing is in the corporate calendar until March and the FY Results. Would be nice to see some guidance on where the year ended.

Shouldn’t be this low for long. Anyway, stay patient, it was a good topping up opportunity imo

Very roughly I make around 1,575,000 shares bought back so far equating to about £850,000 or roughly 30% of the buyback programme that is due to be completed by early March, so still some way to go. On the face of it today's pullback represents a buying opportunity.

Onedb1 As a long term holder, not really bothered about entry levels at current levels, should be back over 100p once the economy kick starts, plenty of overseas buyers hunting for central london property before GBP strengthens this year. Dip buying has been coming in on each mini pull back since the lows. Dyor as usual

Nice target ! Am still long at 38 . Might buy any chance of a dip or higher high . Need to decide . I had 90/95 as target so I Hope am wrong and yours comes true . Am not selling 1 . Once covid goes to hell London will go ballistic with activity . I can feel it and can't wait .

Disco, you sound bitter, well I own about 50+ stocks so, that maybe a reason, you’ll see me about, I have been actively buying since March across many equities, I see bargains around everywhere, so I have increased my portfolio allocation accordingly. These are in recovery mode, I only hold 20,000 shares but that is enough for FOXT
