This is probably the relevant bit, a local power play by the looks of it.

It could have explained in more detail how he was able to buy Rrustemi's wifes' shares, and why they are now objecting to her sale.

The sellers are irrational imho there was no uplift on the acquisition but now there is some doubt punters panic. I’m expecting this to play out quite well for Fox. We will see.
