PJ1, "Please do not be suckered in by a Directors Talk interview." Exactly, the company need to make an official announcement via RNS.

If it has gone to Litigation, with no Revenues or profits then surely the future of the Company is in the hands of the Lawyers? This will take years at least, and maybe years and years and years. In the meantime I assume the Directors will be taking their (normal) remuneration? Why? What value are they now adding, what can they actually do? What returns are they working for for shareholders? How are they growing the Business? Please do not be suckered in by a Directors Talk interview. Th Directors should forfeit their remuneration to help offset the what will be enormous legal fees. (win or lose)

hector108, Thanks for the link, I had hoped CG had answered each point specifically, rather than speaking in general. I think it was GMAC that announced here that the quarry was closed, even before FOX officially announced it, so he does seem to have some knowledge of FOX, more than the average investor. I'm open to all opinions and statements, the factory is a long way away in a place nobody from here is likely to venture, so hard for anyone here to know who's telling the truth. Rather than appearing on a friendly podcast, I think CG should answer each point in an RNS.

I suggest you listen very carefully to hxxps://www.directorstalk.net/ceo-interview-fox-marble-e195m-international-arbitration-claim-against-the-republic-of-kosovo/ . In this Chris makes it very clear, for example, that the factory IS working. If he is lying then he will have to face due process. 'Substantially incorrect' was my interpretation of his response to the assertive comments by whoever who seemed to claim to know more about this company than its CEO - ridiculous!

hector108, In which interview does CG state that GMAC's comments are "substantially incorrect" please? Does he state which parts are correct and which parts aren't?

In his interview, Chris has said that what Cmac72 has posted is substantially incorrect. What, therefore, was the motive behind that posting? If Chris is lying then he will have to face due process. But Cmac72 will be in the uncomfortable position of having to justify his or her comments. Were they made with the objective of moving the share price to gain advantage?

hector - Willingness and costs to take cases very much depends on perceived chance of success (cos) - If what Cmac72 has posted about previous signature problems is true then (imo) there could be a very low perceived cos - However someone appears to think otherwise and is picking up the unoads - Only time will tell but agreed there could be a need for another fundraise if cashflow is severly impacted by current problems -

Next fundraise will be to finance the litigation. Coincidentally keeping the gravy train rolling for another year or so too...

Gmac72, you have summarized the 7 years of Fox's story so well....its all about cooking stories and never delivering.

Wols, Yes they only had £800,000 at the 30th June, so if they have little to no income, that isn't going to last too long, IMO.

They'll run out of cash in the next month or two, I think, way before accounts.

gmac72, Many thanks for the update, i'm sure a few here will be surprised by what you posted. You are correct, FOX have always made out they were welcomed into Kosovo. If the factory isn't working and the other quarries are idled, they won't be able to hide that the next time they publish their accounts

Pug, Well the MM's are the other side of the trade, in order to provide liquidity. I'm really surprised they haven't fallen more to be honest.

czar, I seriously doubt you're qualified to give investment advise to anyone, and after reading your last comment, I would certainly not be taking any advice you give me. If you still think FOX is a good investment, after the order book 'confusion', the lack of finished slab sales, and now this, I wonder what news they could announce that you would perceive as bad?

Andy just sell out and move on, I'm in because I think there is a good chance Fox will pic up some serious cash. If companies won every case we would be trading at 80p.

czar, Kosovo won the big case though: ACP Axos Capital GMBH v. Republic of Kosovo, ICSID Case No. ARB/15/22 In an award dated May 3, 2018, a tribunal at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) dismissed claims brought by German company ACP Axos Capital GMBH (Axos) against Kosovo following the cancellation by Kosovo of the tender and sale of 75 per cent of the shares of the Post and Telecom of Kosovo (PTK). The tribunal found that it lacked jurisdiction over the arbitration on the grounds that no valid contract existed between Axos and Kosovo under Kosovar law.

There are precedents where Kosovo has lost to foreign companies and had to pay up. https://wiiw.ac.at/wiiw-opinion-corner-kosovo-s-arbitration-games--n-217.html
