Kaos3, I'm pleased someone finally noticed, although I'm not sure Albania qualifies as "high end" :-) I guess there are some well heeled people with a financial interest here, I wonder where CG lives?

flags above tell a lot. isle of m, monaco, belgium, albania, jersey, ..... it is the peak of the fast moving community with brain secret destinations - going for stones that are (maybe-I did not see it) produced. one of the most interesting flags around - considering the business they are in to. loss making, almost no revenue. why interest from this high end destinations? any one cares to explain it to me?

Aaron, Ok we'll look forward to that. The Eboracum deal has always been a topic of interest here! Nothing would surprise me personally.

and how many legal claims against Countries actually pay out? - Usually the only winners are the legal teams on each side - The key point which (imo) has not been spelt out is WHY the state bodies in Kosovo refused to process/register/rejected the transfer documentation/licences. Maybe AaronQ might be able to shed some light here from a Kosovo perspective? Over to you AaronQ - As (imo) the success or failure of the arbitration claim may well depend these reasons.

because perps think they will get lots of lolly from a legal claim ? this happens lots on AIM mining/resource shares it is becoming a cottage industry

I suspect the rest of the money went into working capital - I mean funding the continued monthly deficit of cash flow. How this is still 4p escapes me.

czar, Very possibly, but s his message accurate? FOX need to RNS the exact current position, and address the points he made in my opinion.

Pug, The Directors talk interview sounds like pre-arranged soft questions to me! All friendly but no substance as to the nature of the problem in Kosovo.

hector, I suggest you inform the company about the post, and ask them to reply in writing denying each and every point he has raised. It would be better if they outlined their exact position in an RNS. For the avoidance of doubt, telephone calls and friendly podcasts do not constitute official news releases. I believe AaronQ is located in that area of the world, and if he is, he is closer to the action than anyone here and may be in a better position to verify what is happening on the ground there. I always treat ALL BB posts as suspicious, only official news releases can be relied upon in my opinion.

The post by AaronQ is more than interesting - it is suspicious. The first time he posted on Fox was yesterday; are we seriously expected to believe that someone in Kosovo is an investor in the company? Highly unlikely. Could it be that the comments at 750 are a malicious attempt by the people behind Green Power and Scope (the companies involved in the transaction giving rise to the current dispute) to undermine Fox's credibility? I certainly think so.

I can tell you all these facts: ALL quarries are not working All quarry staff have been dismissed Dubai order never commenced Factory last two months not single order beingprocessed Never fullfilled the contract with Prilep Alexandrian white quarry. Problems to surface. More news will be uploaded here. Many wrongdoings of CG will be published here in near future. Note to all blogers here. I am writing from Kosovo and feel free to ask for any proofs. And i am more than happy to publish them here.

flashjame, I see you have just registered and immediately post in favour of the company. ------- "so it is obvious to anyone with a brain that it is being CONTINGENCY FUNDED by the likes of Burford (probably not!) or one of the others." It's not "obvious" to me, until FOX make an official announcement. If they are contingency funded, what is the name of the funder, and why haven't FOX announced this as it's material?

re 746 Note fJ - Member since: 07 Sep 2019 So a new avatar!! -- From the rns "The Company is represented by its legal advisers, Stephenson Harwood LLP, as well as its Kosovan lawyers. As the Company believes the Kosovan Government to be in clear breach of its responsibilities towards the Company which is a foreign investor in Kosovo, the Company is of the opinion that this action is in the best interests of its shareholders and employees and anticipates a fair and satisfactory resolution. " No mention of contingency litigation financing - Which I would have expected if it was in place - otherwise the rns might be held to be held to be lacking by omission - Perhaps someone should check with CG.
