Strategic Natural Resources Strategic Natural Resources appoints former BP man as deputy chairman boardroom_350_4ff4160108299.jpg Strategic Natural Resources (LON:SNRP) today announced two board appointments, which it said will help it in the next stage of its development. The South African operating coal miner has appointed Don Nicolson as deputy chairman and Gabriel Ruhan as a non-executive director. Nicholson has spent 26 years with supermajor BP (LON:BP.), where he managed oil and gas businesses in the North Sea, the US and Canada and held senior roles at the group’s headquarters in London. Aaron - Eboracum seemingly never made any orders, through their company anyway, they are dormant now and only ever had a few pounds on their balance sheet. All this is at companies house.

Kaos3, I'm pleased someone finally noticed, although I'm not sure Albania qualifies as "high end" :-) I guess there are some well heeled people with a financial interest here, I wonder where CG lives?

flags above tell a lot. isle of m, monaco, belgium, albania, jersey, ..... it is the peak of the fast moving community with brain secret destinations - going for stones that are (maybe-I did not see it) produced. one of the most interesting flags around - considering the business they are in to. loss making, almost no revenue. why interest from this high end destinations? any one cares to explain it to me?

and how many legal claims against Countries actually pay out? - Usually the only winners are the legal teams on each side - The key point which (imo) has not been spelt out is WHY the state bodies in Kosovo refused to process/register/rejected the transfer documentation/licences. Maybe AaronQ might be able to shed some light here from a Kosovo perspective? Over to you AaronQ - As (imo) the success or failure of the arbitration claim may well depend these reasons.

because perps think they will get lots of lolly from a legal claim ? this happens lots on AIM mining/resource shares it is becoming a cottage industry

I suspect the rest of the money went into working capital - I mean funding the continued monthly deficit of cash flow. How this is still 4p escapes me.
