Not nice - Even if Fox gain in the action against the Government of Kosovo the powers that be will (imo) find ways of scuppering all and every chance of Fox progressing in the future - Russian Roulette with ALL chambers loaded (imo) - https://www.investegate.co.uk/fox-marble-holdings--fox-/rns/arbitration-claim-against-the-republic-of-kosovo/201909041510482470L/

Pugugly, I totally agree, they are obliged to do so under market regulations. Re “Force Majeure”, one would hope they would have some sort of clause in any supply contracts, without word from the company we simply don't know, another reason why they should update shareholders, and the market. Always remember, good news travels fast etc. etc.

The silence here is deafening – Surely the Company should give an update to shareholders on the impact of the quarry closure on existing orders and any pipeline delivery implications – Hopefully if deliveries impacted Fox have an effective “Force Majeure” clause in their sales contracts – If not, could there be penalty clauses in any of the buyers contracts that might impact Fox? The current share price might offer a fantastic buying opportunity but without a detailed update a bit like playing Russian Roulette without knowing how many chambers are loaded!!

gmac72, Heading to the bottom of one of their quarries is my guess.

Hi Andy I wouldn't say that the share price is holding well for two reasons: a) the amounts of shares being sold is roughly the same as those bought (or thereabouts) - traders old tricks and b) TW's Shareprophets, have been suggesting that by year 2016 the share price will be 40p. Three years later, share price is under 5p. The latter, inter alia, is my concern. Where is this heading??

gmac72, I totally agree, news is required here urgently. I'm amazed the share price is holding up so well to be honest. Interesting that there's no comments from Shareprophets, who have always been supportive of FOX over the years.

Hi Andy. I wouldn't rely on punter's response, although what I find it really strange is the fact that: No official news. No official updates. Main quarry closed. Workers sent home. Other quarries non-operational. Factory on idle mode. SP's pretty much the same for a while Big questions?

Starting to see the beginning of capitulation? Vol some 550K and price falling? Any value left? Anyone any thoughts on impact of closed quarry on orders - if any - already placed for that stone?

Well his last investment, Bioquell, did well, taken out in Jan 2019. But he will rely on information given by the company, as we all do, so we shall see if he has picked this one correctly. It seems a strange time to buy, after the last RNS, maybe TW reducing his stance is seen as a buy signal?

Czar, Good luck with that, when even TW has reduced his stance here to "hold", you have to be a little concerned surely? He's been incredibly supportive to FOX and has never questioned anything despite others here seeing issues and potential red flags.

I finally gave up here. Well, almost. I could not get more than 4.5p for the last 15,000, so I kept those. So I do hope I live to regret the sale!
