the right questions make up for most of the truth - for those that take the effort

does it make sense for those Oxford educated people with their high tech security background to go into the most unstable european region participating in the low margin business which over the years did nothing. they just woke one morning, sold the idea to one another and went off for the best they could do in their most ripe part of their life. they are extremely clever cookies. just look at their photos!! (study their haircut - that might help) it makes a perfect sense to me

... and it only takes a journalists article about Banyan, China, Eboracum, the orders that never came from companies set up days before etc and most of the BOD will jump IMHO. Look at the tiniest issue with Burford - a fraction of a fraction of the questionable practices here IMHO and how that affected their share price Fox is too small to investigate which is it's only saving grace I think. Let's not forget that Chris said Eboracum had multiple customers. Let's not forget that Chris knew Scott before Eboracum was set up Let's not forget that Chris told Brandon Hill that Eboracum had raised sufficient capital to fund his business yet the balance sheet indicated that this sufficient capital was according to companies house filings, the sum of £1

Hector 108, seems to be a mole here...It's never about good english...It's about return on investment...

Jigsaw Leisure - Scott Oldfield's (of Eboracum) former company is now being dissolved. The latest report shows he took 50K from the company but won't tell anyone why. Not a person of the highest ethical standing as Chris claims to work with, it might seem to some. And Eboracum's accounts are overdue. On its way to 0p I think.

‘Can and never will pay a single penny’! A ridiculous piece of grammar for a start off and how the bloody hell do you know that? Are you a member of the Kosovo Government?

I did use some very vulgar local language which was to show how the local culture operates. and so it does. (which makes a big pay out possible too against all the odds imo) and then some more warnings. non consistent business all along the way.

Yet again another example of folks putting their hard earned in jeopardy by not using RISK MANAGEMENT Number 1. Look at the country where the work takes place and the main investment has been made Andy knows this is one of buywell's favorites buywell nearly posted this about a year back when I popped in for a peek but there were so many experts posting I kept shtum For a tiny micro-cap this has attracted a lot of interest

It appears to be a diversion tactic....Kosovo Govt can and never will pay a single penny...It's another story to misguide the shareholders and investors. Like in the past Fox has been announcing many 10,000 annual offtake agreements in a year but the total sale last year was not more than 8000 MT. So it's all over I guess.

czar - surely you realise by now that Stone Alliance was another smokescreen

I think this is Chris's way out - "sorry chaps It's all gone down the spout, viable business thwarted by corrupt Kosovo but value in our claim so I'll pay a no-win-no-fee whilst the company becomes worthless" while IMHO its more like "didn't work out - created a few "orders" to give the impression of success and got some fundraisings away but in reality no one wants much of our marble" Anyone remember OXUS?

The USA is behind Stone Alliance, I think they will have to make a settlement at a multiple of the market cap of Fox. You can lose 4p or make up to £1, that is a good punt.

czar, Does Kosovo even have Euro 195 million? Or do FOX repossess the entire country if they win?

Who gives a toss about Kosovo just give us the cash, it’s over 20x the market cap well worth a punt imho

Exbroker had over 10% of these. I wonder if he will bless us with his wisdom again. Here's his last post. I'm afraid that I am the random anonymous fool referred to. Anyway, good luck to you too, Mr Muir. Being ex-JPM Cazenove, I guess you can afford to have chucked away a few million on FOX. Exbroker 18 Jan '18 - 09:39 - 357 of 690 0 0 0 Good luck to all on here, I won’t post any further, I will not be called a liar by some random anonymous fool epically when I have proved that in an RNS the company stated they have a deposit. I know more about this company than you ever will. Any further question Chris Gilbert is your man. Goodbye

Pug, Yes this looks like truly awful news, even share price will have a hard time spinning this positively! But I guess they'll probably try.

FOX has been on my watch list for many years, and I was thinking that soon might be the time to take an initial stake if trading progressed smoothly. But this really takes the biscuit! I'm afraid (1) EUR195m is just fantasy land, and (2), as Pug implies, relations with the Kosovan powers that be will surely now be completely ruined such that things could get extremely awkward for FOX. Certainly difficult to recommend anyone holding FOX until this is sorted.
