28/6/2018 15:55 | Is it the end of the era of Buffoonery? | geheimnis2
28/6/2018 15:46 | From memory they were using IBM Watson software at Wimbledon last year to test whether it improved coverage and they stopped using it after 3 days, so I assume the answer was no! IM knows the BBC better than any of us and if he thought there were any worthwhile contracts to be had I'm sure he would chase them. The trial they had of the FBT product appeared to be as an indexing/cataloguing tool so it wasn't anything that IM is pushing now except as an adjunct to the main USPs. The family purchase is very encouraging: he must think that some big deals will come through in the next 12 mths. PS I had an email about their new monthly Newsletter this morning.I hope it's not another 5 min wonder. | chriscallen
28/6/2018 14:37 | I still believe in the old maxim "follow the money". It`s good to see the directors have so much skin in the game. Along with Mitons large stake of 19.55% it`s all very encouraging. | geoffsmith
28/6/2018 14:20 | Never seen such commitment from a hired CEO in an AIM company. No doubt about it Ian is totally sold on FBT | nickb
28/6/2018 14:17 | With very big global events there are HUGE technical facilities on site. So maybe? less need for Cloud production. Plus money changes hands on these big events to showcase technology. I wouldn’t read much into it we need multi year infrastructure contracts not a few weeks. | nickb
28/6/2018 14:11 | Big family commitment from Ian’s Extended family. Ian McDonough's extended family purchased 13,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 5 pence per share. | nickb
28/6/2018 13:27 | I know. Which is why we had the Wimbledon tennis logo on the site. But we don't now. Maybe the BBC are happy with their in house technology | sickness
28/6/2018 13:11 | We did Wimbledon in 2016. | cabi1
28/6/2018 12:55 | From a quick google, it would seem the BBC handle everything regarding filming and distribution at Wimbledon. From previous searches on the BBC r&d pages and the failure of the BBC forscene POC I would say fbt aren't involved in Wimbledon. Fbt also don't have the Wimbledon logo as a partner on their website anymore. For the World Cup 2014 aspera were responsible for distribution to other broadcasters and to online streaming , unless there was some major problems I see no reason why FIFA wouldn't use them again so unlikely fbt have any involvement. I wouldn't worry if fbt aren't involved, it's early days | sickness
28/6/2018 11:00 | The Dilemna that is FBT: All the recent talk is about increase stakes and dilution. Possibly the biggest two live sporting events (Wimbledon and World Cup) are taking place this next week, with hundreds of mobile broadcasters. Two Questions: Are FBT involved, if so how much? If FBT are not involved, why not? and what are the implications of that? GL | paulcon1
28/6/2018 10:09 | Let’s not forget what GoPro paid for two video editing start ups. | cabi1
28/6/2018 10:04 | I know we have been diluted, but shares are still tightly held. I still believe we are way undervalued, so I think we will slowly move back up to the previous issue price of 10p. IMHO. | cabi1
28/6/2018 09:47 | Limits= 100k @5.75p or 200k @ 5.90p | sideshowbull

27/6/2018 18:30 | Oversubscribed placing I believe. | nickb
27/6/2018 17:28 | Late 170k was the reason for the 6p print, hmm not many shares offered then interesting. | sideshowbull
27/6/2018 17:15 | SSB Rebrand perhaps? 🙄 #rightceo | paulcon1
27/6/2018 16:51 | LOL just seen that must have auto correct and nobody bothered to check. Well unless we are now ghetto talking to attract the drug dealers to the AI could be a niche market. | sideshowbull
27/6/2018 15:20 | Interesting holding announcement CANACCORD GENUITY GROUP INC City and country of registered office VANCOUVER, CANADA 6% new holding I believe Could be UK based funds? | nickb
27/6/2018 13:20 | The bet is the industry is now ready. Impossible to make sales progress until the industry was ready for Cloud. If you accept that then you can understand the past sales issues. Have our large investors understood that? If they have done their research of the industry then they should. | nickb
27/6/2018 12:06 | Agreed. We are left having to interpret disparate data points to come to the best conclusion we can. I can't imagine that the same holds true of the institutional investors who increased their stake. They clearly have visibility of information that we don't. Having raised funds on a number of occasions, myself, the amount of Due Dil they get you to do is excessive. And proving the validity of your claims. For example, the quality of your pipeline, and the value of the types of transactions that are likely to be, or are signed. The same surely holds true here .. | invest360 |
