CabiThere was always a choice and the deal was in the works when they did the placing.You can sign the deal subject to financing.Next you will be saying the announcement on the day of the AGM was coincidence.

Given the role of video on demand and people being able to skip or ignore ads, sports is increasingly important.

Few people want to watch sports on delay.

So I would think the deal could be huge on that basis.

Would certainly dwarf today's news.

This deal should take us to near cash flow positive area if it is 6 figure.
