25/6/2018 08:17 | They needed £5.6million to support a deal worth less that million? | mcsean2164
25/6/2018 07:27 | It looks like they needed the extra cash to run support for this huge deal. I think it is looking really good. BWTFDIK | sideshowbull
25/6/2018 07:18 | Amazing how news always arises pre a raising and an AGM.And then the day before they need to justify screwing shareholders. | bonio10000
25/6/2018 07:10 | "Forbidden has agreed a significant six-digit two-year deal with TownNews.com for the licensing of Blackbird for use in this media broadcast infrastructure". Is this it? | sideshowbull

21/6/2018 10:43 | Plenty of U.K. Video technology companies have done good business in the US in the past. And our service can run on Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure. We need to increase our visibility we have not got noticed by the wider video community in the US. | nickb
21/6/2018 10:02 | "Perhaps who supplies the service is not an issue in software for the Cloud" i doubt it is an issue. nbc/youtube were a customer for the olympics in 2012 for example. | _m_k
20/6/2018 21:56 | Chris i think FBT or almost any tech company is at a massive disadvantage being UK based / London listed. They have to win in the USA but i doubt they can do it alone. I still feel we need to be acquired by a US major but no interest so far as we know! Anyway lets see how far they can go on their own now everything is good to go. | nickb
20/6/2018 20:53 | I worked in a company that took 15 years to break into the US market (aerospace) and only did so when it formed a US subsidiary and based senior staff in Washington. It depends what you are selling and to whom. Perhaps who supplies the service is not an issue in software for the Cloud or in the area in which you work but if so why are so many of the big Cloud players based in the States? The good news for FBT shareholders is that once we got accepted we sold lots of premium priced kit to them and were eventually bought by one of the major US players at a substantial premium. | chriscallen
20/6/2018 20:30 | ChriscallenWith all due respect, for someone who works in uk, us and Canada that is bs.Business just gets on and does business around whatever the government of the day is. There will be sod all change. | bonio10000
20/6/2018 20:24 | Every time I read this BB I get bored from new post 1. It's all so insipid I hardly post any more. I think a proper business man was the best call for our tech stock. I support him in his role, increase shareholder value and look after the best interests of investors. I hate the dilution, it may be a legacy of incompetence. I do think that the CEO should take the broom and sweep hard then the city may believe in the new reforms. Still holding all my stake BTW. BWTFDIK sideshow. | sideshowbull
20/6/2018 20:13 | But Jeff lives in Toronto | nickb
20/6/2018 18:50 | It is odd especially given the current state of relations between the USA and Canada. It may now be as difficult for a US based sales team to sell to Canada as it has been for a UK one to sell to the USA i.e. almost impossible if there is a domestic alternative available. | chriscallen
20/6/2018 16:42 | Canada comes under North America Sales Territory? | nickb
20/6/2018 16:33 | seems strange to elect to refer to a canadian firm as north american rather than just canadian, verging on implying 'brand canada' is weaker than 'north america'. perhaps the firm operates over multiple territories i.e. usa and ca. | _m_k
20/6/2018 16:28 | Nickb. The perfect contrarian. Stop posting please. You are an embarrassment. | bonio10000 |
