A conspiracy is a conspiracy! And the sale of assets might be illegal. If I am not mistaken the `agreed' sale depended on meeting a number of conditions, so cannot therefore, by definition, have been final.

Lets leave it to the big boys shall we.

The sale of assets is as far as I know finalised. So it’s just the shell left . The shell is currently capitalised at £8.7 million .Justify this value. There is no logic to this.

Even if there is a new board, what are they going to achieve with a shell company, who are you going to take to court ? consortium/Virgin ? . What is it they are guilty of , buying Flybe cheap? Saving the airline ? Jobs? . Hardly breaking the law.



If you take Flybe to court what will you achieve ? There is no assets , no money.

If anyone is tempted to buy Flybe shares @4p ask yourself one question. What would happen if the deal with the consortium did not go through.
