Report them for what - doing what they needed to do to stay in business rather than going under? It's obviously a bit late for such advice, but a share like this should never be more than around 5% of a portfolio - unless it's spare money that you really can afford to lose.

Anyone on here managed to acquire proper legal advice? Not looking promising from the feeds but I hope am wrong this is just a bad nightmare with light at the end of tunnel. Probably got more money back if they went into administration

I am devasted with what flybe have done lost all my life savings of 100k. Really wish I had the money to take legal action but since I don't hope that those that can afford it do. It's honest investors get caught up I got 1.7 for each share disgusting. Anyone complained to watchdog? As fca are not interested. Am so embarssed to tell anyone it is eating me up inside can't sleep since last week. Feel so stupid to invest such a large amount.

Once bitten, at least if you go to a casino and put your stake on no.29 the roulette wheel has been tested for bias and the casino is regulated by the Gambling Commission. Dealings in Flybe on the other hand appear to be totally unregulated.

Babbler, no they won't. No shares in the new company are being offered. Its a cash sale, 1p per share. I've read nothing which suggests they intend to float the new business, although of course they might in the future, but share ownership in flybe will not mean shares in the new entity.

Agree with sippu, all very strange, although I am not sure about the statement on debt...I think the creditors would be making a song and a dance about that. I am looking to see if Tinkler increases his holding
