21/1/2019 11:20 | I am not a ramper , I just expressed my opinion : brief and simple . I am not telling anyone to listen to me . | t 34
21/1/2019 10:54 | Thank you .. Another voice of reason.. I have nothing to gain .. ( in I've lost on this ) but if I can help others avoid my error, then great | once bitten1
21/1/2019 10:29 | Don't listen to RAMPER EXTRAORDINAIRE T34 .He's clearly got all his pies in the same Bakery.. and want to follow suit.. It's unfortunate but this is a DEAD END SHARE to hold .. | once bitten1
21/1/2019 10:26 | So a hedge-fund creates positive rumours pushing up the share price allowing his own failed long position a better exit. Come on guys. This is don't touch. End of. | minerve
21/1/2019 10:26 | M M's ain't stupid .. You're going to get burnt guys .. A 'pseudo tree shake'Rapid drop in share price to 2.5 .. calm it what you will ..people panic sell .. Then buy etc etc etc.. it's coming . You know it .I know it .. It's wether or not you get caught going down or vice versa .. | once bitten1
21/1/2019 10:22 | so which institutions - if any - are buying here | phillis
21/1/2019 10:14 | Share will go up from here . Hedge funds are not as clean as crystal but with their financial clout we , small pi , might be helped here with their legal action . Good luck to holders and risk takers . Higher risk , higher rewards . | t 34
21/1/2019 10:06 | So a hedgie loses his trousers and cries foul, fairly standard for them. If he was daft enough to try and catch a falling knife he got all he deserves, can't have it both ways, he takes massive risk for a great return, he can't then expect to reduce his risk to zero when that return doesn't happen. As a customer i really hope this challenge fails dismally and the airline is allowed to continue operating in its new guise. Any hold up now and everybody loses, shareholders, customers and employees alike as this will simply fold. | sippguru
21/1/2019 10:01 | coscos there was a formal sale process, nobody was locked out of anything | tonysss13
21/1/2019 09:47 | Without a clue | once bitten1
21/1/2019 09:30 | It's also because the way the deal was structured locked any other bidders out from making an improved offer. Otherwise known as a stitch-up. I sincerely hope this shower of a board is removed and replaced with people that act in shareholders interests. | coscos
21/1/2019 09:18 | the key line on all these news stories is this "Hosking is reported to have accused them of allowing a false market in the shares to develop by not keeping investors informed of its financial position." the false market being the price before the big fall, not the other way round. Hosking's are not disputing FLYB's finances are now dire, they are merely pointing out they should have been told earlier, something I agree with them on | tonysss13
21/1/2019 09:07 | Great News Please do your own research as always. | qantas
21/1/2019 08:44 | Phoenix. NAH. Airline Crash | joecase
21/1/2019 08:38 | If they survive, maybe they should rename themselves Phoenix Airline. GLA....ever hopeful. | palwing32
21/1/2019 08:14 | It's really very simple. The shares are up because some rather large shareholders think Flybe are worth substantially more than what's being offered. Wait for the news. | coscos
21/1/2019 08:09 | up 40 percent... never understand it.. | babbler
21/1/2019 07:49 | Brady (Stobart), Virgin and Cyrus formed a joint company to acquire Flybe and extended much needed credit to prevent Flybe from calling in the administrators Please articulate why this constitutes a conspiracy or alternatively STFU | phillis
20/1/2019 22:19 | If stob/ Flybe get away with this in the short term, they may end up creating a rod for their own back...esp. if Warren Brady is shown to have been (along with others) in a conspiracy. As the week has passed, the more I think that Tinklers involvement is part of his ongoing battle with the stob BOD...great stuff. Lets see if Tinkler buys more Flybe, and lets hope he claims all his expenses against Stob (who incidentally dont seem to be in a great financial situation themselves, hence the injection of cash by Cyrus...all intriguing. | mhin2
20/1/2019 22:12 | Debt is no doubt serviceable, we do not know (nor were informed) the reason for the liquidity issues after Nov. - seems as if it was the card acquirers holding back significantly more...that means the cash will/could be released...Tinkler thinks that flybe needs to restructure balance sheets and seems to see the value of the business...lets see what happens. Interesting that it was immediately after Tinkler stake in flybe was announced that an asset sale was announced...all seems rushed rather than planned...thats when mistakes are made. The conspirators may well live to regret what they are attempting to do. I really think the stob carpetbaggers/shorte | mhin2
20/1/2019 22:06 | Logonair BOD didn't put it in administration because the company is solvent. Flybe BOD have got something to hide | cleverinvestor
20/1/2019 21:59 | The administrators fees would have come to several million pounds as they can charge easily as much as £100,000 per day, with the senior administrator costing as much as £5,000 per day. | loganair
20/1/2019 21:57 | Minerve The consortium will still have to pay the debt plus investing #100m in Flybe. The risk must be worthwhile for the consortium, because they are getting the asset cheap. By the way BOD of Directors must have known they cannot raised the #2.8m The lot of them cannot pull a wool over our eyes. We can reasoning out their actions Its a daylight robbery | cleverinvestor
20/1/2019 21:48 | Logonair I accept your argument re: administrator fees etc but it's the right thing to do. i.e place the company into administration. | cleverinvestor |
