Marvellous day 20 up beats the previous best 12 up a fair while back & a nice steady rise from 11 early doors to take advantage of. According to this morning's note from Davy,'sporting results typically revert and so are not fundamental to the investment case'.They suggest investors focus on the 'strong KPIs,ie,market share growth,structural hold ( win margin) improvement and growth in the Ex-US market'.

My bank called me this morning (RBC)and they asked me how I would like to proceed. I asked for conversion of my adr shares to nyse. My main position of thousands of shares are still on LSE… good luck all

Hi, I own flutter ADR shares via PDYPY traded on OTC, and use Fidelity Investments as my broker to trade.

To clarify White House, Flutter has offered all flutter ADR holders the option to convert to flutter ordinary shares listed on London Stock Exchange or NYSE.

If you make your election prior to 1/26 before NYSE listing, you will receive shares listed on London stock exchange.

If your make your election after 1/26 after NYSE listing, you will receive shares listed on NYSE.

The offer to convert expires on 7/18/24. After this date all banks will attempt to force sell and liquidate the ADR and holders will receive net proceeds only after all ADRs across all banks have been liquidated.

The information above was posted on my Fidelity corporate actions page and also sent to me via letter in the mail. The only action I need to take is simply call Fidelity and instruct them that I would like to participate in the offer to convert my shares. I plan to do that after 1/26 as I want my shares on the nyse. Hope this info helps any ADR holders on this thread.
