Ben Habib MEP who I respect is wrong about impact on our economy if we leave Europe without a deal. Companies are already suffering because of uncertainty and decisions are being postponed by companies on investments. Property market will suffer.

Yes I was discussing that with my Farther, and I was saying that Ben Habib has got access to much better deals than I can access here in the UK,and because he is using the Funds scale he can get much better deals than me personally. So should I use my money to buy UK property on 5% yield or less, minus tax and maintenance or should I give my money to Ben Habib to get 20% yield. mmmm it doesn't take long to compute that one!!!!

steve777. - The revealing part of the interview I thought was at 27.20 when Ben Habib discussed the property we are in recourse to purchase currently, which will offer a 20% rate of return, with a double digit yield.

No I don't think it will have much bearing on it,it will be because of the Oxford building being empty for some of the period and the associated loss of rent giving us a temporary lower profit. Its 3/4 full now and other profits are up considerably so I can see once fully let profits here will be very strong and lift the price.

Reaffirmation of a buy from Simon Thompson on yesterdays online article.Just wondering. Could the aimless direction of the share price be connected with the news that Habib is not only pro-Brexit, but is now a Brexit MEP.Just wondering if enough investors avoiding stocks based purely upon Director's political leanings is a factor here.

I see Chimmers has put a short on again, looks like you’ve done it just before it rebounds,oh well! Yes the financial report wasn't quite as good as we were expecting, but it has good parts and the company is making progress even while missing the rent from a large company exiting a rental property. But 3/4 is let out again now and we have increased assets under management and associated income from that is well up on last time so profits will come back strong once Oxford building is fully let. no wonder 80% of spread betters loose money!

Chimers5 Mar '19 16:05 - 549 of 605 Let me be clear ok so you can come back and check. THIS IS UBER SHYTE AND IT WILL COLLAPSE. Not "IF" not "MAYBE" not "POSSIBLY" but it "WILL" collapse. It's built on sand and a promise. Hey... Go figure. IDS.

Dividend is up - Yes, but 3.75% increase does not instil that much confidence. If they want the share price to move up then a 10% increase may have that effect.

Qu does the stated adjusted NAV value per share include the revaluation of properties ??

Results are a little underwhelming for me. However the company is valued at a discount to NAV and there is no credit for the growing and profitable asset management business so this is still a screaming bargain.

AUM are well up again, debt is down. Dividend is up. 3/4 of the Oxford building is now let. They have made great progress. Looking good.

3m gbp profits from the asset management business is a real business and growing assets at 30pct a year, at some point the market has to place a value on it and have these trade at a decent premium to nav to reflect this ....

AyeTo exceed market expectations and still be hovering around fifty pence is absurd.I honestly feel a decent dividend will start turning things around.

I can't see why this is at 50p should be 65+ in my opinion. Not to bothered about a dividend as long as they can find something good to invest in.

So Ben Habib is now a euro mp, I wonder what that means for fpo and how doing all this business in Eastern Europe works when you are the brexit party mp ?
