25/5/2017 08:12 | "He's happy to accept just £60m". Indeed pyglet, you are right. He wants out now. | sogoesit
25/5/2017 08:08 | About 70p off. Some damage to my CFDs but hopefully 1700+ by end of week. Good luck. | sogoesit
25/5/2017 08:07 | It comes down to the price that the seller agrees to. He's happy to accept just £60m. | pyglet
25/5/2017 08:05 | If institutional demand was so high, how come they've only paid 1625 a share? Kinda defies the fundamentals of supply and demand | villarich
25/5/2017 07:55 | You'll probably be able to buy near that price in the open market | panic investor
25/5/2017 07:50 | This happened last year, there was a bit of a tree shake afterwards | finbarot
25/5/2017 07:43 | bamboo; my guess is not much. Institutions may be tempted to take profits short term but I think the appetite for the shares means it will clear the market within a few days if so. My forecast is £20 and market can see £19.50. All imv. | sogoesit
25/5/2017 07:23 | He trousered £60m ! | croasdalelfc
25/5/2017 07:22 | Sogoesit, any idea of the short term effect on the sp? | bamboo2

25/5/2017 07:14 | Institutions get lucky with a 7% discount on Placing. | sogoesit

24/5/2017 17:39 | In this instance I am inclined to believe that there is genuine institutional demand and Rolls is helping to meet this (while at the same time trousering a very large wedge!). In addition he is now non-exec and is a good bit older than Tim Warrillow. Warrillow must also have been asked if he wanted to participate, and declined which is a huge positive. It suggests that trading continues to be very strong in my view. I am also in no doubt that enquiries will have been made by the large multinational consumer groups so he will know that he has a straightforward exit at some point. Hopefully there will be significant demand that will leave new institutions looking to pick up additional shares after the placing to meet their 'unit' sizes. In that case I suspect the scenario that Villarich mentions above re G4M is highly likely and we could see the FEVR price heading towards £19-20. | terry topper
24/5/2017 17:29 | G4M placing was both primary (new shares issued to get money into the company) and secondary (existing holders selling a block on the market). A closer comparison is KWS which had a secondary placing yesterday at about a 5% discount and the price today has settled at the placing price, so off about 5%. Very much depends on supply/demand in the market and how much institutional interest there is in these FEVR shares. | ragehammer
24/5/2017 17:03 | G4M announced similar news a few days ago - directors selling shares to meet institutional demand (or so they say). G4M's placing was completed at 690p. The price then moved up to 770p. Tomorrow will tell us if the market sees this as a positive or negative for FEVR. | villarich
24/5/2017 16:55 | What does this recent news mean in simple terms? | rob762243

23/5/2017 17:02 | The "bar" chart looks good as well! Took some CFDs at 1695 since it has been a bit slow these last couple of weeks... some extra gin for the tonics, as it were. | sogoesit
23/5/2017 15:11 | Yes `The Fevertree` is spreading I had a few in a Bar over looking the Ocean in Westward Ho ! ...on the weekend, full array on display !!! | ccr1958
