17/3/2021 14:11 | Indeed!I think the BFS might take a bit longer than a few weeks, it sounds like they're wanting to upgrade that (which is a good thing - the more details/options the better), so I personally am not expecting it before mid-summer. But in the meantime they can be working on the debt funding anyway - the BFS will be only the final step to reconfirm and sign off the debt deal. I am hoping the full package will be signed off in Q3 or early Q4. But will be very happy if it comes in earlier! | cyberbub
17/3/2021 14:04 | Sorry if I wasn't clear. I was simply referring to the loan. Once BFS is complete, the loan will follow without any issues. Low risk, low capex, fantastic unrivalled economics for a growing battery metal mine, backed by industry super super heavy weights! As you say all boxes are now ticked, completely derisked. Such an exciting hold. Onwards and upwards. Patience. | zb27
17/3/2021 13:51 | ZB, there are IMO no more (equity) funds needed for Stage 1. I expect that the $10M at 25p will be the key to opening up a loan for the remainder as debt. A 90% debt funding is unusual, it's more normally 75-80% debt, but the absolutely outstanding economics of this project, combined with a 25% offtake (and probably more to come) means that banks should see it as low risk.Worst case scenario some of the $25M at 78p could top it up.NAI | cyberbub
17/3/2021 12:40 | They want shares!! Just trying to scare folk out of them!! If they want them let them pay!! They've big orders to fill!! Back to blue this afternoon!! Sit tight for the big rewards!! | bygdennis
17/3/2021 11:57 | Tx Kaffco PIs usually at bottom of heap. I'm happy with FAR though. | maytrees
17/3/2021 11:48 | maytrees, its just mm games mate and parts of orders split up ,with the increased volume its easy to hide trades and mislead.Far has FAR to go :-) On another note RMM looking like going big soon check the buys flying in.Easy bagger IMO | kaffco
17/3/2021 11:13 | Why are so many FAR trades published only an hour after they occur? I can understand delaying the publication of some huge trades but 20,000 or 30,000 shares seem rather too small to delay. | maytrees
17/3/2021 10:56 | Personally have kept a big chunk of my 10.2p shares but am putting some profits into RMM now as that will have a big rise like us yesterday. Stay strong and long !! | kaffco
17/3/2021 09:58 | In the grand scheme of things that are happening, This is big!! And there's more than meets the eye!! DYOR!! | bygdennis
17/3/2021 09:29 | I see your point now , they are a strategic investor :-)That is better news than I initially thought Reminds me of SOLG who had a similar investment | jailbird
17/3/2021 09:23 | Yes we could be bought out in the coming 12 months as I said above, but it would be for multiples of 25p!The 30M shares (actually 25M) committed new shares - who are they going to? VBR! I repeat they will not be hitting the market. | cyberbub
17/3/2021 09:10 | Apologies I do not mean literally hit the market , more so increase the shares in issue Wrong choice of words Only the recent 30m+ will hit the market .I am wary of that but there is plenty of interest in the short term One thing to be mindful of is that the project still has derisking steps to deliver and meet. Some are already expecting the price to rise as it it is already in production .The market does not work that way .It is always worth considering that it could be bought out prior production as well , especially if the asset is as good as believed it is to be | jailbird
17/3/2021 09:07 | I would remind that Mick Davis is not known for getting involved with tiddlers - unless they can be grown multi-multi-times over.... the prospect of the world's biggest vanadium mine is what he's looking at here :-) | cyberbub
17/3/2021 08:32 | JB you say the 90M shares will "hit the market" - of course they won't hit the market! VBR will own them! You think VBR are going to just dump 20% of the company immediately? They will hold them through to Phase 2 mining for the massive gains - unless someone makes an 'offer they can't refuse' for the company as a whole... But that won't be at 25p I can assure you!! Or 50p! Or even 100p probably wouldn't tempt them or Bridgen or Kuznetsov to sell, in the next 12 months. So no they won't be "hitting the market" at all! | cyberbub
17/3/2021 08:27 | Anyway good luck all Nothing more to add for now No point reading rehashing of same news .Until the next new piece ! | jailbird
17/3/2021 08:25 | When I compare this projects to others Cost of construction is lower Debt and dilution is lower Together with lower shares in issue It was oversold sub 10pNB was actually holding the project and share price back .The market had no faith in NB delivering it | jailbird
17/3/2021 08:22 | *immediate concern I think if 120m shares were to hit at once , it may well fall back sub 20p But this is not the case .Cyb Just like seeing what I learned from previous Cos behaviours if the same happens else way Just educating myself of market behaviours Talking out aloud that's all | jailbird
17/3/2021 08:19 | CybJust like discussing the project mechanics that is all based on facts that I know or understand to know .So always open to be corrected .So only 30 million to hit market on the 25th March , which is small amount in context .this is why I do not expect the share price to fall back as it is known to happen .The other 90m shares will only hit when the CLN are converted . No idea of timelines for the CLNs so not an jmmirdustr concern. | jailbird
17/3/2021 08:16 | Back up! Big opportunity here!! Happy days!! Blue at close!! | bygdennis
17/3/2021 08:15 | I can assure you that 'if' a BFS is needed for Phase 2, it will not be any problem to prepare it when we're making $100M p.a. from Phase 1!Still not changed your outlook to glass-half-full JB? | cyberbub
17/3/2021 08:11 | I did read BFS will be needed for phase ll as well .I wonder whether the chairman is going to include ( if possible ) the whole asset in the BFS . SOS - I still hold my profits that I will let run . So I am still a holder . | jailbird
17/3/2021 08:04 | JB the BFS will indeed only cover Phase 1... But (a) the larger Phase 2 mine will work in exactly the same way - but 4x the size :-) and (b) Phase 2 will be self-funded so they don't need a BFS, which is only needed to borrow money!! | cyberbub
17/3/2021 08:03 | Good to see FAR doing well, FAR money moving to BMN today. Needs to 3 bag to catch up on a like for like basis. | gah123 |
