01/3/2021 17:16 | Lol. Not directly relevant ... are you dim? Here’s another question, with a company struggling for cash and not raising anything like the money that they need how is it that the CEO is on £250,000 pa salary? | pandemic21
27/2/2021 06:59 | Cyber I disagree . It is very relevant at this time .Say for £1m , Who will buy 10m shares , knowing the Co needs to dilute to raise £2-3m as well. Would have been a different story if the mini plant was cash flow positive but it needs the £2-3m to become just that .Co is at merci of lenders . Not long now . | jailbird
26/2/2021 19:42 | Do you have any links Pandemic? In any case it's not directly relevant. We know he needs to sell some shares soon. It doesn't necessarily mean an overhang or share price downturn. Even if it does it will only be temporary. | cyberbub
26/2/2021 19:38 | The CEO has walked through 2 U.K. court orders - he is now on his third court order. If he walks through this he can face imprisonment. | pandemic21
25/2/2021 13:33 | Exactly mesb. I doubt that the CEO will want to sell any shares at these prices. Of course he may be forced to, who knows. But if he can release some good news on progress then we could be approaching 15-20p fairly quickly IMO. If the small operation can be completed and start to generate the promised $10M p.a. then logically the share price should be close to 20p based on that alone, never mind the BFS, Stage 1 funding etc.I reiterate that there may be no overhang from the CEO's sales if he sells them to a long term insti, or to a HNW with a 12 month lockout clause, or orderly disposal requirement. These are common devices to avoid share price impacts.Frankly even if he dribbled out 10M on the market, I don't think it would hold things back too much *if* there is good progress news.NAI | cyberbub
25/2/2021 13:26 | I see 2 sides to the CEO's need to sell shares. Yes, it creates a threat of an overhang which won't go away until the shares are sold. The flipside however might be that it incentivises management to drive some near term share price improvement by demonstrating progress on all the things discussed, rather than letting things drift. It does feel a while since the last operations update, I am hoping that means that they are waiting for something that is just around the corner to be finished, time will tell... | mesb48
25/2/2021 07:52 | "We need to see final steps towards completing the BFS and the small plant expansion, and plans for Stage 1 financing. That's all that matters for LTHs in 2021. If those 3 items are delivered in the next 6 months, then the share price will be considerably higher by the end of 2021 IMHO"Agree with you on that .But I just do not see all 3 being delivered in 6 months .We an update ASAP ASAP | jailbird
25/2/2021 00:35 | JB, not 'instis'... *one* insti sold out, in October last year. They probably took part in the IPO at 60p and when it dropped to 10p a senior manager will have said "just dump it". It was a US insti coming up to the end of their FY, when it's a classic time for 'window dressing' - look it up if you don't know what that means. Yes FAR need a couple of mill very soon. We've already established that it's a trivial 5%-odd dilution. No problem for LTHs! Yes the CEO needs to sell some shares (we don't know how many). Depending how he does it, it might be an overhang for a while - or it might not, if he attaches a 12-month lockup condition. No problem for LTHs! We need to see final steps towards completing the BFS and the small plant expansion, and plans for Stage 1 financing. That's all that matters for LTHs in 2021. If those 3 items are delivered in the next 6 months, then the share price will be considerably higher by the end of 2021 IMHO! NAI | cyberbub
24/2/2021 21:31 | Cyber , I think you miss the conflict here .Co is dire need of cash. Dilution appears has to come at some point . But then the CEO needs to sell millions to raise cash for his divorce . So which is priority . As an institution who may be willing to lend will probably play hard ball and want a low price for the money .But it may explain why institutions have already sold out and Co is raising tiny amounts via debt bonds Alarm bells are ringing | jailbird
24/2/2021 17:30 | Pandemic, owing your ex-wife £3M is not a criminal offence, fairly standard if your fortune was £6M... As to why he still owes her, that's irrelevant. He's been upfront in an RNS last year that he needs/intends to sell some shares to meet his obligation. No idea how much he needs to raise, it may well be 'only' £1M at this stage, say, and another £1M next year or whatever. I'm pretty sure he will do his damnedest to sell as few shares as possible below 20-30p. In any case it will only be an overhang for a limited time, especially if there is positive newsflow. He may well be able to pass them on in a block to a HNW or an insti. As for being a 'Rio Tinto beancounter' that was true 20 years ago. He has since then been CEO of Hambledon, and other mining ventures I understand. So he has experience in the hot seat, and in the country. He speaks fluent Russian apparently too, which opens doors.I can understand people maybe being a little uncertain on Bridgen's track record, but I've had conversation with him and he seems switched on to me. Ultimately I believe the massive resources will speak for themselves. I've also said before that at Bridgen's age, I expect that he will be working to get Stage 1 into production (in around 2 years if they get a move on) and then sell up and pass on the baton, hopefully above the 100p mark!NAI DYOR etc | cyberbub
24/2/2021 17:14 | Another decent day, the UT pulled the closing price lower than it should have been.Looks to me like there's a consistent rising lower channel line, from late September when the larger volumes started appearing. Let's see if it starts accelerating?Meanwhi | cyberbub
24/2/2021 10:17 | The spread for actual trades on here is ridiculous. 10%, based on this morning's trades so far. I can only assume that it's very tightly held? | cyberbub

20/2/2021 09:20 | Once an institutional investor establishes a large position, its next motive is typically to find ways to drive up its value. In short, investors who get in at or near the beginning of the institutional investor's buying process stand to make a lot of money. Individual investors should not only know which firms have an ownership position in a given stock; they should also be able to gauge the potential for other firms to acquire shares while understanding the reasons for which a current owner might liquidate its position. Institutional owners have the power to both create and destroy value for individual investors. As a result, it is important that investors keep tabs on and react to the moves the biggest players in a given stock are making. | jailbird |
