And there it is! 600k at 10.25p.I'm a genius LOLGood that there is enough buying demand to satisfy sells of that size. The MMs won't want to take any risks on a share like this so any decent buys will have to have roughly equal sells, and vice versa.Better liquidity now, as we said!

Interesting - I can't sell many now. I suspect a largeish sell may be published later?

Published spread narrowing as you said Windjammer... Now only 0.1p. Hence the mid-price is causing the share price to appear to have ticked down - but it hasn't really, it's just a more 'honest' spread from the MMs which is encouraging IMO.

Crossed posts windjammer... Glad to see you onboard.Yes it's always possible that the whole company could be sold, once the small plant is fully up to speed and the BFS is published (perhaps by Q3). Likely sellout price around 50-75p IMO, based on the NPV.My own feeling is that better value will be obtained by getting to Stage 1 production in 2 years' time. I've previously posted that (IMO) given Bridgen's age he was be happy to sell out at that point, but certainly the share price would be way over 100p by then if Stage 1 is successfully operating and there has been only modest capex dilution (maybe 25% say).Just my views of course.

V2O5 price continuing a steep rise. Maybe people are realising that even with only the small plant in operation, FAR is substantially undervalued??The ideal scenario would be a stonking news update on the BFS and small plant, share price rockets over 15p, Bridgen offloads 10M to an Insti with a 12-month lockin...Let's see if it happens! LOLNAI

Hi Cyber yes onboard a couple of weeks now, would like to buy more on any
good news out, even if share price is higher.

V205 still rising, we have plenty of the key element in the ground, and
easily mined, might be easier to sell the whole company for a quick profit
to someone with deep pockets...... thats if NB needs the money.......

Yes the 600k must have been a buy IMO, as I can now sell 500k (albeit below the bid), which I couldn't half an hour ago...

As I was expecting - yet another large trade has gone through, 600k at 10.3p. I suspect it's a worked buy, but it could be a sell - depends if an even bigger trade comes through later at say 10.5p...Something going on, trades of the size we've seen this week are not normal for FAR...

...meanwhile back at the Ferro Ranch, I can sell 300k shares in one go, which is unusual for FAR... I reiterate that something seems to be happening IMHO...

Windjammer LOL. Who knows.

I don't mind people putting critical posts up, any investor would want to know about issues or problems that might impact their investment.

But without any evidence or origins for these statements, you have to take them with a pinch of salt IMO.

Have you bought in to FAR?

Do you have any evidence (or even an explanation how you know) P21? Otherwise you could just be a troll with a grudge against Bridgen for some reason.

I would reiterate my view that the divorce settlement is a red herring. No new shares will be issued as part of it. Even if (very worst case scenario) he's forced to offload his entire holding as you claim, at say 8p, well the share price will drop to 8p short-term. It's irrelevant to LTHs - the share price will be driven by company development, and dilution.

I suppose your point about whether Bridgen (as you allege) dodging his settlement says something about his character as a CEO is fair enough. From what I've seen (and heard in communication from him) though, he's pretty switched on.

Cyber hub - he didn’t sell 10m in IPO because he REALLY does not want to settle his Divorce debt. Three court orders shows this. As I said before he is a very greedy person and this greed has cost him in the past (Hambledon) and will cost him again with FAR. He is not a CEO. He is a bean counter by trade.
Anyways, do as you will ... you have been
Warned.

Happy Trading :)

P21 (a member for all of 6 weeks), at this risk of repeating myself, can you provide a link to an article or information about your allegations?

The RNS of March last year clearly states *partial* payment, and the amount being £3.3M, not £3.7M.

Without evidence, there is no clarity about how much Bridgen still has left to pay his ex-wife. For all I/we know he may have paid some of it off in the last 12 months / sold other property he owns / arranged a loan with his shares as collateral / got an agreement for partial deferral - who knows!!

One thing *is* certain - I bet he wishes he had sold 10M shares as part of the IPO! :-o Hard to understand why he didn't really!

Bridgen owes £3.7 million plus taxes on sold shares...he will have to sell all of his shareholding to cover this, he won’t do this as he is driven by greed.

As this is the 3rd court order, we walked through the first two, he could find himself in prison for breach! Lol what an idiot he is.

Another decent trade, 450k, looks like a buy to me, unless there is a large buy still to be printed.

GB, your third para, I think it would go up *a lot* LOLIf the small operation can be completed and create a $10M post-tax income then the market cap should logically be $100M = £80M. Ignoring the likely small dilution to get there, that would be closer to 20p by itself...If you add to that the BFS which will finally confirm to all and sundry that we have a project with NPV of at least $2bn, and our market cap is less than 5% of that... I think there will be fireworks, personally!NAI
