10/2/2021 11:18 | A placing is likely but it should only be modest, £1-2M max. And that may well be the last placing required, if the management's plan works out.NAI | cyberbub
09/2/2021 19:49 | Am expecting a placing march lets see | shujja1
09/2/2021 07:10 | PAN DYOR, We are happy with the answers. | driver101
09/2/2021 05:48 | What is the burn rate per annum to keep this project going? Does anyone know? What’s the Management Salaries? CEO Divorce settlement? $5m+ Money required to build main plant? Cost Feasibilty Study? Liquidity? How much has been raised since float? 🤔🤔 | pandemic21
08/2/2021 16:45 | If and BIG if power line is commissioned by May , then furnace in month later , could see slow ramp up in production by July/ August. But all depends on financing .No excuses not to meet this is there ?I recall early this year was his target . | jailbird
08/2/2021 16:40 | Cyb This has cleared up for me . The 125t upgraded production plant is imperative to achieve positive cash flow. But you can read below without the electric arc furnace in place it cannot happen . The furnace installation is dependent on the power line being commissioned. BFS, really do not know anymore. Seems to be low in priority list, which is a shame as needed to unlock higher valuation /share price. This is why the power line timeline is so important for progress. The converter oven to produce vanadium pentoxide from AMV, as well as improvements to washing and filtration, will be commissioned over the rest of this year, and completion early next year of the connection to the adjacent high-voltage power-line is expected to reduce plant disruption and down-time. The new power connection will also enable the Company to install the electric arc furnace which will complete the Company's plan to take production from the existing plant to 125 tonnes per month. | jailbird
08/2/2021 16:04 | He does need around $3M further cash as we've discussed, but it's not out of the question that it could all be raised through loans, *if* the existing plant is making good progress and a modest profit even without the power link and arc furnace. In any case if they raise say £1M at these prices (and the rest through loans) it's no major problem, they should just get on with it. The cap here is £30M, not enormous but it's not a microcap that would suffer massive dilution from a £1M raise.Let's see what happens in Feb. I think they will be looking to raise at least some money this month so they can get works on the power line underway as Kaz comes out of winter.NAI | cyberbub
08/2/2021 15:44 | If he does not answer that , I will take all his not well .I guess he is too scared to give out negative updates , fear it will get out into the public domain .He still has to raise further cash | jailbird
08/2/2021 15:42 | I have been polite .I guess he does want to answer my questions. You ever thought he is telling you what you want to hear .Simple questions you can ask politely then .Is the planned work for the power line on schedule as per previous RNS'When is BFS study due to be completed ? | jailbird
08/2/2021 15:38 | Yes worth a quick trade I guess This is the pattern lately 20% up, 20% down | jailbird
08/2/2021 15:26 | Perhaps because I'm nice and polite? ? A bit disappointing to be under 10p but it might stimulate some buying? Interestingly I can sell 300k in one go at the bid price, which is a decent whack in an illiquid share. So someone wants them... This isn't a quick buck share, so I doubt there will be much 'hot money'. We're still in the up-channel - for now at least... We do need some news though! NAI | cyberbub
08/2/2021 14:10 | Strange NB replies to you and no one else .At least the share price is performing like I expected it too .A lot of hot money has left again Until the next Twitter ramp | jailbird
03/2/2021 21:13 | Thanks Cyberbub. I’d not seen that Crux interview, thanks for pointing it out. | mesb48
02/2/2021 11:51 | Mesb, I've had contact from NB (see my posts below) and he has done several interviews in the last year, shown in the header. The Crux Investors one is best.I would agree additional publicity would be beneficial, but I guess at this point we are still awaiting the BFS and the completion of the 'small plant'. After that when the company starts making concrete moves to raise funding for Stage 1 is perhaps when publicity would have maximum effect?Having said that, NB believes that once the small plant is making money, there may not actually be a need for raising further equity for capex. He thinks that if the small plant is making $10M p.a. as planned then that will support debt of $100M, which is the budget for Stage 1. Any shortfall could be covered by offtake up-front payments. While perhaps slightly optimistic, nevertheless it doesn't sound wildly so to me. If this pans out then there is no need for a heavy publicity blitz to ramp up the share price for a capex placing - simply announcing a large debt package covering say 90% of the requirement, will rocket the share price immediately anyway! In the short term we need to know how they intend to raise the money for the power connection and arc furnace. Plus we need the BFS issuing ASAP.NAI DYOR | cyberbub
01/2/2021 12:36 | Not posted on here before, but have a small holding since the mineprophets event last summer. Like others, I have tried to write to Nick Bridgen but get no response (an "info@..." e-mail address does not inspire confidence). Just watched the quarterly shareholder Q&A webinar for Kefi, which I imagine others might be in - I wish Nick Bridgen would engage better with shareholders and do something like that too. Make or break year I think, agree with others the risk/reward seems potentially very favourable although I don't think the broker forecast (that never changes whether deadlines are hit or not) is all that helpful. Fingers crossed for some clarity on near-term financial performance soon. | mesb48
28/1/2021 11:44 | I totally agree this will be a multibagger from here. Broker has a £1.71 target, the project is enourmous, it is just not popular at the moment. It will come, it just needs a decent update to say we are cash flow positive from here and bingo. It will move on to £1 area in no time. IMO. | rmart
28/1/2021 11:30 | That is an ideal realistic update to expect | jailbird
28/1/2021 11:13 | Turbotrader, do you mean Mr Market would have discovered FAR if it had a good story?Surely you've been around long enough to know that the market is inefficient and often throws up overlooked opportunities?! If the market was always 100% efficient then literally no-one would make any money?!How else did I recognise that EUA was grossly undervalued in 2019, I bought a load at 0.6p and then sold out at 20p barely a year later? If Mr Market is always right, it should have been at 20p when I bought! For people willing to hold a few years, I think FAR could easily be a similar 30-bagger from here. Obviously there is still substantial risk in that. But even in the short term (next few months) I think we should move up to the 20-30p range to reflect the huge resources. I see the BFS as being the trigger for that.No advice intended. | cyberbub
28/1/2021 11:02 | We can hopefully expect news on the short term issues:* Power line* BFS* Funding for the above* Output from the small plant - is it cashflow positive today? If we get news on offtakes, or funding for the Stage 1 plant, that would be a bonus. An offtake agreement would be very positive, as it would naturally strengthen the process of raising the bigger money for Stage 1. | cyberbub
28/1/2021 10:54 | Happy to be wrong of course Can it be this time ? | jailbird
28/1/2021 10:53 | Will it be the same spiel as always .Still interest or in discussions is my bet . Classic statement when no progress. Considering the last update .So what are you guys expecting to hear with regards to the power line /1500t ramp up and BFS? | jailbird
28/1/2021 10:52 | Surely if what was? | cyberbub
28/1/2021 10:46 | surely if it was the market would of got wind of it? | turbotrader2
28/1/2021 08:21 | Sounds good to me, he did not have to answer at all so it’s very positive and shows he is confident imo. | rmart
28/1/2021 08:19 | That sounds positive... or at least not negative! Hopefully there will be an update on the BFS too.As I've said previously, my view is that the project here is outstanding, and the market cap today is severely misaligned, *if* the management can deliver it effectively. They also need to promote the company more widely of course.Therein lies the opportunity/risk! | cyberbub |
