Unsurprisingly both Mary Reilly and Bert Nacken are independent directors and both are on the audit committee (MR being Chairperson of that committee).

Watching, but this is looking more and more barge-pole.

Question for shareholders: Was it in your interests to have $140m of company money held by a bank controlled by Kostyantyn Zhevago and subsequently lost when it was declared insolvent in 2016? Was it in your interest to gift $110m of company money to a charity connected to Kostyantyn Zhevago? These are questions the board need to answer now, the auditor resigning is just a symptom of a larger issue.

stewart - "what does it have to do with fundamentals" - could be accounting irregularities, could be suspended, could be a (criminal) investigation. The auditor's resigned - rarely a positive sign.
