At fdbk eye popping rate of 70x plus revenue valuation your other share DVRG should be worth 300 pound a share or 600 hundred million but it is not so according FDBK is overpriced by 65x

Yump, having read your earlier post I asked permission to post this email from Tom Oakley on 5th October 2020. He is happy for me to post this. Hope this helps.

We are aware of the Sectra offering in Manchester, this is complimentary to our offering with Bleepa and is aimed at creating a more accessible imaging archive that combines different imaging modalities. It will make it easier for Bleepa to roll to different sites in the region because we will have a single PACS vendor to integrate with and one that has a richer archive of different imaging studies for us to display to frontline users. The two solutions are addressing slightly different problems, the Sectra solution will help share imaging across the region but will not address the frontline workflow requirements in the way that Bleepa does."

There has to be news in a month or so, the pilots need reporting, especially the old Berkshire one. Progress report on that is well overdue.

Seen plenty of projects in small companies just not followed up with reports to shareholders.

Still concerned about Sectra - needs clarification from FDBK.

I think there's a real danger that we have someone here who has never had to actually make money. We need an Alan Sugar in there.

Maybe well-meaning, optimistic and have some great vision of the possibilities, but that is not good enough. Not for £100k plus bonuses, no way.

If he is not bothered about the share price then what the heck is he doing leading the company.
The man came in with this wonderful vision of remote communication and imaging at the NHS, diluted us to high heaven (twice) and cannot back his own vision with a purchase of a single share. Options are exactly that, just options.
CDC MOU announced in October and not a word since. Did he not say he was rushed off his feet travelling from city to village showing off his wares. I just hope this is not a repeat of the Oldham/Pennine pilot. They apparently sang praises of Bleepa and claimed to have saved a million hours of work but whatever happened to an actual paying contract, Tom?

Looks to me as if TO thinks that word volume is a good measure of communication and proper clarification of exactly where FDBK is in relation to the possible signing of contracts, even tiny ones, is not in his mindset.

Perhaps, as shareholders are remotely removed from the company for 99.99% of the year, he feels no obligation.

Always wary when a CEO says "what we do here at X is...", when they don't actually do anything, because they haven't get got a contract that requires them to do anything.

Probably not about the share price since he hasn't got any. But I'm sure he'll be working hard to ensure Bleepa is working at the Queen Vic and the CDH. If he gets that right he can pay up on his options and we will be happy.

As can be seen in the demo posted by LR2, Bleepa is not a pure messaging app and therefore none of the Hospify arguments are applicable.
Case closed.
Still waiting for Tom to get the show on the road and with markets correcting, now is the perfect time to attract investors to FDBK as an alternative.
