PeteKand - I had the jab 22nd May and went downhill on 1st June. Breathing difficulties, constant dizziness and feeling zombified. Could have caught it during that week time slot. I got checked out at medical centre, blood tests, ECG, chest x-rays etc. Health service really good in Spain. Found out my kidneys now in bad way and now having further tests at 2 hospitals for lungs and kidneys. I mentioned the vax but they just shrugged their shoulders.
Dizziness was the worst as it was like falling down drunk dizziness. Coupled with breathing problems meant I was unable to play badminton or go to gym. Had to pull out of the Spanish National Veterans finals so couldn't defend my title in my age group.
Feeling much better now and resumed playing and training just in time for another lockdown ha.

Three months of long covid AFTER the second jab? That is crazy.
I would diagnose that more long jab than long covid.
Madness.

LR2 - I was all set to visit my brother and family in Wales over Xmas but since the media and governmental overkill on Omicron I have decided not to travel. For something that according to South Africa is very mild the whole of UK has gone nuts.
I was prepared to get a fit to fly LFT test but then the 2 day PCR test probably wouldn't turn up before Xmas day so I would still be in isolation. The kicker in all this is, if I get pinged to say someone on my flight has it then I have to isolate for 10 days regardless of whether my PCR test came back negative! Completely crazy. Disappointed doesn't cover it but knowing my luck I could travel all the way from Spain and sit in a bedroom on my own for 10 days and then fly back with whatever extra hoops are added over Xmas.
My brother has heart problems and my sister in law is in year 2 of breast cancer remission so I have to think of them. Me, I couldn't give a flying sausage if I got it as I think I already had it in June after my 2nd jab. Was ill for more than 3 months with what I think was so called long covid.
Stay well everyone a s we all want to benefit from the FDBK share price surge!!!

This COVID must absolutely hate me. I’ve travelled seven countries in the past two years, no mask, no jab, no social distancing but it still won’t come anywhere near me.
I did have strong flu like symptoms in late Dec 2020 and into the first few days of the new year, it was exceptionally cold I recall, and I stayed in bed for a few days but never undertook those dubious tests and made a complete recovery within a week.
Nothing since.

Lots of good news waiting for us after Christmas I hope.

Christmas plans having to rewritten, my daughter's husband is now down with Covid and banished to the spare bedroom. She's not letting him out until the 28th.

Alerted to this early yesterday:

Bleepa Box from Feedback will host the solution on AWS Cloud, and the funding received will cover the initial hosting costs of a pilot of the cloud-based tuberculosis screening solution.

An imaging pathway will ensure that x-rays can be transmitted even without networked connectivity, thanks to Bleepa’s cloud-hosted infrastructure.

Once the Feedback technology has pushed an x-ray to Bleepa via a mobile network, Bleepa will then share it with a specialist clinician or suitable AI tool. Within minutes a diagnosis can be made, and advice shared where necessary.

Bleepa’s patient-specific chat feature will connect directly to the screening personnel so that treatment can be initiated while the patient is still in the clinic. All reports, information and images are stored in CareLocker, which will enable the creation of citizen health records in line with the Indian government’s National Digital Health Mission record.

Noticed this in Sectra's results:-

The company noted that it's seeing a trend among healthcare providers toward cloud-based systems, both for new and existing customers.

OK Pete,

I admit I put you on filter but checked your profile and saw your posts had changed.

Thank you for your comment but we're all special just in different ways.

Great to have you back on board.

Bleepa and Carelocker have a great opportunity, if adopted, to make a difference to the NHS backlog and to save actual lives.
And for this reason I am happy to invest into a company who are doing their bit to make a difference in the betterment of us all.

Your a very special chap Ged and I take my hat off to you as there are not many left like you in this once great nation.
Plenty out there who would happily deny the right of freedom of choice.

Always liked that quote.
O/t but what scares me the most is the increasing problem of not actually being able to have a civilised debate without people taking sides. We’re reverting to Freudian childhood with the old unresolved split between good and bad objects.

The world is overpopulated and covid will unfortunately result in a large number of fatalities . Everything in life carries a risk .Crossing the road ,a wasp sting ,a cut finger leading to sepsis and side effects of a vaccine .
I haven't had any injection for 50 years as I am paranoid about needles .
When delta hit I looked at the risk /reward and decided I was being an idiot and had the jab.immediately .
If covidiots decide not to have the jab and die of covid that is their choice .
Darwin produced the theory of survival of the fittest . In this case the fittest will be those who are mentally fittest and believe the facts presented by medical experts in the field .
One covidiot has described me as deluded , I have told them if anything happens to their family I will remind them of their role in the death .
It is time the government took action on non mask wearers on public transport to contain the spread .
A fine issued to everyone without a mask .Handing out a mask isn't going to work .once the public see a regular fining policy they will mask up

I believe in the freedom of speech and the freedom of choice. There is the freedom to post and there's the freedom to view posts.

We live in unprecedented times where freedom of choice is being taken away from us. Perhaps only necessary because of the failure to educate.

I also believe in respect for others. I feel repeated off topic posts shows a complete lack of respect to fellow posters, several of whom have shared their research for the benefit of all.

I also think it is very sad that anybody feels the need to resort to such methods.

Let's try to keep sharing research and views on Feedback, the topic this thread is for.

A 900k buy mops up any lose stock from today’s trading.
I think once the placing stock is more or less absorbed, the conditions here and the cash position, may well mean this stock drives forward supported by further bits of news.

And before the spineless whimp Yump asks his daily childish question, I would suggest to him that some people have something called a brain and a faculty to think.
Some think, some are told what to think.

I note ragnarr you have a membership that would allow blocking, if everyone liked the idea of a new thread.

Otherwise just the filter does the trick I guess.
