03/8/2018 13:06 | Further to the announcement by FastForward Innovations Limited (AIM: FFWD) earlier today, having received a large number of Shareholder views on the possibility of an Open Offer and also taking into account that the Placing Price represents a very small discount to the current market price of the Company's shares, the Board of FastForward wishes to confirm there will be not be an Open Offer or offer to Shareholders on the same terms as the Placing and it has no current intention of raising further funds at this price for the foreseeable future. We look forward to updating the market on our portfolio in due course. | hazl
03/8/2018 10:12 | News breaking ...factom have filed a US Patent yesterday... Sssh...for your information...they actually filed 2 | jonesyboy 27
03/8/2018 09:06 | They raised 4m out of which 1.5m bought by directors. RNS says undervalued. | ayesha4
03/8/2018 09:06 | The RNS sets out the current situation clearly. The Board are clearly disappointed the the market has not reacted to the recent string of excellent news and hence the 13p placing price. I will be happy to add to the companys cash by taking more shares at 13p when they offer them to existing holders. | 888icb
03/8/2018 09:05 | we may be trading at NAV now which should draw a line under the share price; one hopes but this is aim so the fkc knows !! | kristini2
03/8/2018 08:08 | there we go RNS out on placing, leak of placing was not good thanks to TW but that's life, i think you can say hes off the christmas card list for sure lol | monkeymonkey
02/8/2018 22:56 | those 50k and 60k trades today earlier were mine, i'm now heavily in here so let's see how she goes... i get too emotional around investing and need to work hard on maintaining an even temperament and discipline tbf i have played this well top slicing intra day at 28p after the canadian weed IPO earlier this year, some shares you get lucky with i guess... | kristini2
02/8/2018 16:35 | I would also say kristin do not forget to bank some profits from any aim company you or anyone is invested in, only way you will survive on aim now.Gone are the good old days when penny shares actually made it to a pound,,if you get the drift. To many peeps predicting silly figures on just about every aim share now, gonna bo this amount, in this many months, very very rarely happens.Aim as attracted peeps now who think they are gonna get rich on any given share, vast majority will loose. | thelogman
02/8/2018 16:19 | Kristin agree aim is the worst i have ever seen it in two decades, but you can make money out of it.One thing i know is anyone buying at these levels will make money whatever the placig will be.How do i know... well i don,t but experience and ffwd pf tells me a packet to be made. | thelogman
02/8/2018 12:08 | THIS IS NOT A DISTRESSED PLACING, ITS FOR INVESTMENT FOR THE FUTURE OF FFWD, GLA | monkeymonkey
02/8/2018 11:51 | Apologies for boring those of you who also read LSE, but thinking out loud, I think people might be not paying enough attention to certain statements in recent RNSs, and in fact, FFWD is lining up for a series of things which will be potentially very lucrative (as they always do arguably, this time, with more money than ever). "The results from Intensity Therapeutics' work continues to be so positive we had no hesitation taking up FFWD's pro rata entitlement in the Series B funding round. In addition, the Warrant granted to FFWD locks in a right for the Company to invest further funds at US$5.00 per share should results over the Summer continue to impress. We believe the Warrant will be of interest to UK based institutional investors and the Company plans to present, with Intensity management, the results of the IT-01 study to date to interested parties over the Summer." I think that's the biggest heads-up you can get they think there's some serious value to be made from this. The prelude to this being....."In addition to the Subscription, the Company has been granted a warrant by Intensity to subscribe for up to either (a) a further 1,111,111 Series B shares at a price of $4.50 per share or (b) 1,000,000 new common shares of Intensity at a price of US$5 per share (total value US$5 million) at any time prior to 30 September 2018 (the "Warrant"). Any allocation under (i) is conditional on Intensity having sold fewer than 2,000,000 Series B shares (raising US$9 million) with the balance available under the Warrant to be subscribed as common shares. The Subscription will be funded from existing cash resources whilst exercise of the Warrant will be reliant on further funding being available at that time." So I think they're going to potentially monetize their Intensity warrants, via IIs, then, combined with the placing proceeds, take up that $9m option in Factom, which I'm guessing they expect to be a big winner. | richthenewbie
02/8/2018 10:44 | Need to crack an egg or two to make an omelette... We need money for factom and intensity which are going to be massive. Personally thought they would sell Leap rather than raise, they obviously see huge upside holding 45%. Dilution to invest is massively different from dilution to keep lights on. If you’ve read the previous RNS it clearly states they are committed to Factom & Intensity, so we knew they either have to sell an asset or raise if they want to increase holdings in Factom & Intensity. | jonesyboy 27
02/8/2018 08:36 | Still not a peep on twitter Oh well. Still have every faith. Personally the raise gives us more scope to increase our holdings after buying our last couple of additions to the pf. | brave dave
01/8/2018 21:04 | Good question | doodlebug4
01/8/2018 21:02 | Jonesyboy/damned united and the other twitter crew are silent. What’s up ??? | brave dave
01/8/2018 20:27 | Where has jonesyboy disappeared to, he seems to have a lot of info about FFWD which isn't in the public domain? | doodlebug4
01/8/2018 20:20 | You're totally missing the point. | doodlebug4
01/8/2018 19:21 | Except these things are all about volume ... If you are an investor wanting a large dollop of shares buying on open market drives the price ridiculously high ... Better to buy in a placing at small discount or even premium as get the volume without chasing the price. If a few are lucky or astute enough to grab on rumours pre placing at low price so what and who cares. | meganxmas
01/8/2018 17:42 | how often is a placing sun current market price? not often, why should this be any different ? | kristini2
01/8/2018 16:07 | Agree 888ICB - not just disappointing, it would be amazing if it's less than 15p! | doodlebug4 |
