13/9/2018 14:45 | This is AIM. The share prices rarely reflect the value in a company. It's why some companies double overnight with the same assets. People regularly get overexcited and buy into something that's risen lots, despite little to justify the rise, and the same with a share price that's fallen, selling out at the lows, with little to justify their selling bar the price fall. So share prices can vary wildly, with no news, both up and down, and it doesn't mean anything is driving up or down the SP, bar the trading itself. In fact, anyone who's been around a while on AIM would probably tell you they've witnessed people hyping up a stock when it's at its high and often overpriced, so they can sell, and often you get people trying to get people to sell with scare stories at the lows, whilst they look to buy in at an artificially cheap price. If you've only ever seen a seller on an AIM share before bad news, then I'd suggest you've not been on AIM very long, you've not paid enough attention, or you're simply making this up to try to scare people. As it's simply not true. I thought people were perhaps jumping to be a bit harsh on you earlier, but you're either just very new to AIM and/or niave, or you're not and doing a spot of scaremongering at the lows to get a best price to buy back in. | richthenewbie
13/9/2018 14:35 | If the prospects for factom are so fantastic, what is driving down the share price? According to my calculations, the share price is now very close to nav instead of the usual large premium. The recent selling has been so large that some people with large investments must be selling their stakes. Whenever I have seen this happening, this has meant that some people have inside information which is not good news. I guessed that it was bad news about Factom. Has anybody else got a reason for the share price decline? | biggest bill
13/9/2018 13:15 | Biggest Bill I think you would struggle to name all the investee companies. Your mush about Factom is nonsense. | ih_634390
13/9/2018 13:11 | I couldn't disagree more. I think Factom (along with possibly Intensity) probably have the best chance of generating huge returns for FFWD. The fact people are starting to use the protocol and put it into production is only a good thing rather than a negative. They're very much at the forefront of this technology and it taking off will likely see them taking a good share of the market for this type of tech. The market is massive and wide-ranging. So there being some others who do it isn't of particular concern. It's a bit of an Apple vs Microsoft thing. Both making bilions from a massive market with lots of other smaller companies also doing very nicely. Or if I was being more tongue in cheek, Betamax vs VHS, where Betamax were slightly ahead but VHS ended up dominating. Though really Apple vs Microsoft is probably a better analogy, as I don't think it'll be a case of one or the other, and if the concept takes off, then there will be plenty of profit to go around. | richthenewbie
13/9/2018 12:52 | The following is an extract from lse: What Niles from Sphereon had to say about how he sees their relationship with inc. "More a partner and to some degree a competitor. We target different segments, we do it from an ECM perspective. We both build on top of the protocol. Factom Inc targets the large enterprise mostly, that doesn't mean we don't have these types of clients and prospects as well 😉" The problem for Factom.inc is the dozens of other companies which are busy producing their own software for the factom protocol. I see Factom.inc getting some business for their solutions but the sheer amount of competition means that I don't think they will make that much money from it. I am a shareholder here and I hope that Factom do well but I don't see Factom becoming a unicorn. I am primarily invested here for the other investments which I think have better prospects than Factom. | biggest bill
13/9/2018 12:24 | Factom @factom Sep 4 We're always encouraged to see people building on top of the public Factom blockchain!Factom added, Sphereon @Sphereon First 1 million+ transactions customer #live in production on #Factom #Blockchain #blockchain #factom #wbflondon | doodlebug4
13/9/2018 12:22 | It doesn't directly, that's not the suggestion, however far from being a threat or a bad thing, Factom WANTS companies like Sphereon using the Factom protocol. It's complicated but have a look at this thread: The more companies ramping up using the protocol the better. | richthenewbie
13/9/2018 12:19 | For clarification, Sphereon is a Factom project partner. | doodlebug4
13/9/2018 11:59 | Sphereon is definitely a competitor. Sphereon is using its own software which utilises the factom protocol. Factom.inc derives no monetary benefit from Sphereon at all. | biggest bill
13/9/2018 11:50 | That isn't a Factom competitor. That's a Factom customer you dingo! | richthenewbie
12/9/2018 23:18 | Loggy - see my post on LSE, am I insane here or dealing with some seriously deluded people? | moljen
12/9/2018 22:43 | It looks as if one of Factom's competitors is up and running. Is this the reason that the share price has been so weak recently? hxxps://www.investin | biggest bill
12/9/2018 21:47 | Well who knew the agm was today, i certaintly never 888 did you? | thelogman
12/9/2018 21:44 | There was no rns on the 18th of july so what are the bod on about?. | thelogman
12/9/2018 21:41 | No it will not be to raise money. That is a perfectly standard RNS following an AGM.The resolutions at AGM are all standard legal requirements that are of no interest to anyone which is why they don’t bother to set them out again. Move along nothing to see here. | 888icb
10/9/2018 18:14 | Likely the seller clearednout on Friday. Very low volume today and a series of small 4000 share sells quite a wide spread at present which probably put some investors off | guyswonga74
10/9/2018 11:07 | I would expect he's probably done already. More often than not these notifications seem to come late once they've finished. Which makes sense, as they don't want to tell everyone they're selling a big chunk, as that might make it fall and get them a worse price. Hence the bounce today. | richthenewbie
10/9/2018 09:22 | There's your seller "Gigi Levy-Weiss" Already well under 3% before this month started so should not have many left, if it was him who was dumping the 100k blocks last week he should be out soon | dave4545

08/9/2018 19:10 | Minimize Complications after Vascular Operations 29 August 2018 Diabetics are not the only patients affected by poor blood circulation. Those with vascular disease can face further complications when oxygen is unable to travel efficiently through the blood system, making recovery a slow and difficult process. The number of vascular operations has risen in the past few years because of the increase in vascular disease and diabetes becoming more common around the world. According to the National Institute of Health, failure to heal and infection of the wound are two of the three most common non-vascular complications after surgery - both are caused by a lack of oxygen and nutrients supplied by the blood reaching the affected areas. PulseFlow medical therapy helps the vascular surgery patient much the same way it helps the diabetic patient. The wearable technology helps to boost blood flow to the affected area, supplying limbs with the oxygen-rich blood they need to aid healing processes. So, our breaking news is... originally intended for diabetics only, the PulseFlow DF is able to help vascular surgery patients too! Interested in onboarding this innovative Class IIa medical device in your portfolio? Email info@pulse-flow.net Hmmmmmm…. could there be live in the dog yet?????? | adred
