I’ll try to explain the RNS and the value to FFWD in a worst case scenario. We have bought $6 million in the Series B round at a 25% discount i.e. any new entity buying into this round who was not involved in Series A would have paid $8 million for the same amount.

$8 million represents 3% of the raise, which gives ~$266 million raise. Worst case this was for 33% equity which gives us a value for Factom of $800 million.

Once converted back into 3% gives FFWD shares worth $24 million or £18.3 million
.

Note this is absolute worst case scenario.

If we then add the additional $9 million ( $12 million at 25% discount) and then guess at equity % which could be as low as 10% then we are looking at multiples of £18.3 million.

We have much to look forward to in the very near future when we find total raised and at what equity %.

Put it this way, the share price and mcap here is nowhere in line with what it should be. I expect this to re-rate well beyond 30p with this news. As I have said countless times today, the enormity of this RNS is massive. Research FACTOM please - I seriously cannot tell you how big it actually is.

People finally being unplugged from the Matrix to realise what this RNS means.

Taken from LSE:

"clearly haven't studied the portfolio or understand what this RNS means. Shortly FFWDs share of Factom is likely to be worth 200% of our current Mcap ..... FFWD will rerate to 30p plus as a minimum. I'm expecting nearer to 40p .... If news from Juvenescence, Leap, Intensity,Yooya drops then game over getting in under 50p imho"

This will just keep going up to 24p, 30, 40p plus.

Only a matter of time Hazl....You can see the book building and we've just been treated to seeing one of many huge trades (167K) that will land over the next few days as investors recognise the enormity of the news of being tied in with one of the best Blockchain solutions out there. Sit back and enjoy the ride - I will be amazed if we do not see 30p in the immediate short term.

I am telling you guys FFWD has demonstrated a solid investment portfolio. We recently jumped in and made 500% on a Cannabis stock for a company that got sold to Aphria. What FFWD has done here with FACTOM is a 10 times better.

This is a huge news for anyone in the Crypto market place. I cannot speak for Crypto Currency but I am convinced Blockchain is the future and it is clear from the articles above that FACTOM is one of the top 10 Chains to be in. I highly encourage you to do more research behind Factom.

Excellent RNS this morning with FFWD positioning itself for a bigger share in Factom and Lorne has put his hand in his pocket to provide a loan to enable the opportunity to be taken at very short notice.

This has been a very good week for FFWD going from 12p to 15.25p a rise of 27%.
Several portfolio investments are looking very positive with potentially massive upside in the near future. Well over a year ago there was a premium placing to serious investors at 15p. I think those investors are now going to reap the rewards for that investment and their patience. It would be reasonable to expect the share price to test previous highs in the coming weeks and months as the company is clearly in a much better position tha when it las touched 25p.
