Leap can see IMG buying the whole company and taking it in-house. They have got world football rights for every major league now and that is their style. Forced to guess at a price for our 45% I’d expect $20 million.

Factom series B will shock the market.

Vemo is my personal favourite and could well be the biggest eventually.

Intensity series B looks fantastic (just wish we had the % Salv are holding)

Vogogo and Juvenescence are particularly exciting as FFWD appears to have moved things up to the next level with these investments.

Lorne name checks Tim Draper (the largest single investor, multi billionaire investor who led Series A funding round) who quoted the factom would be bigger than IBM, Oracle & Palantir combined.
That would give factom a market cap in the $400 billion range.

If Factom becomes worth a billion dollars then FFWD’s 3.64% would be worth USD 36.4 million which is just over £28 Million. Our current market cap is £18.3 million.

A poster on LSE has just posted that Lorne on Twitter says he has been spending lots of time with the Factom team. He says Factom ought to be the first Billion dollar company in the FFWD portfolio and Tim Draper is right when he says Factom will be a multi billion dollar enterprise.
Sounds very good!

A good day UP nearly 10% following an RNS stating we had taken up more shares in Intensity, the price of which confirms a good increase in the value of our existing investment in Intensity.

Commenting on the investment Jim Mellon, Chairman of FastForward, noted:

"The results from Intensity Therapeutics' work continues to be so positive we had no hesitation taking up FFWD's pro rata entitlement in the Series B funding round. In addition, the Warrant granted to FFWD locks in a right for the Company to invest further funds at US$5.00 per share should results over the Summer continue to impress. We believe the Warrant will be of interest to UK based institutional investors and the Company plans to present, with Intensity management, the results of the IT-01 study to date to interested parties over the Summer."

Lew Bender, President and CEO at Intensity Therapeutics was pleased FFWD participated in the Series B round:

"We are delighted Fast Forward has committed to maintain its investment by participating in our Series B funding round. Our drug, INT230-6, continues to achieve excellent clinical results in study IT-01. The safety data generated to date indicate a dose escalation is possible. In addition, we see tumor response in multiple cancer types, even at the low doses administered. This round of funding is expected to help to advance our clinical program into Phase 2a."

I think we can expect some big value creating news shortly. We have been the wrong side of 20p for far too long!

Good overall day here.One almighty bit of news be it factom yooya or whatever will see this shoot up, no probs.Also good peeps taking their profit and shares getting bought no probs.All good here this will be in twenties on major news.No dilution coming here, no placing coming here, not a normal aim stock but a great share to be in at these levels.

Expect to see IMG buyout Leap in the bpnear future. That’s what they do, they are part of a massive private corporation and will take Leap in house.

Could be a nice £20 million+ windfall soon.

IMG announced they had signed a strategic partnership with Eleven Sports to launch 2 new sports channels in the UK & Ireland to show exclusive & live Serie A and La Liga.

They recently signed a deal with Series A for Worldwide rights and a BETTING package. They also have signed an exclusive rights package for La Liga for 12 countries in Europe.

They recently signed another deal with EUFA for exclusive rights for the Euro 2020 finals.

They produce the premier league for outside Europe.

They are monsters in world football. Expect to start to see virtual football egaming betting adverts once the new season starts.

Why would they now own 25% of Leap Gaming who produce the best virtual football gaming in the World?

What will FFWDs 45% be worth?

i generally don't like buying shares when they're falling, i think ffwd is one of the few exceptions where i will/have ;given the compelling value here.....

It worked for me on salv where i averaged down at 20p and it moved last week to 50p+; salv valued at more than ffwd with little cash and 5 investee early stage bio private investments, i think we now look much better value here than salv and time to average more in to ffwd-
