Posted earlier. Does anybody else think why did nobody else take part in the loan or part of the loan to Factom. Also the fact that they needed this before Series B funding, surely Draper and the likes would put cash towards it and get a huge 25% discount on the shares and interest on cash. Wouldn’t all the other investors want a chance of 25% of the price of shares Did the others want these 2 processes done before they would invest in B series. ??? Seems very odd. What are your thoughts ????

the_fiddler doesn't seem to have the slightest clue about this stock!
The coin price is basically irrelevant. FFWD isn't investing in FCT tokens.
Even if it was relevant, which it isn't, the FCT token is basically about the same value it was a month ago. It's just usual up and down swings from crypto BS.

If you're going to try to attack a stock you could at least try to do it with some stuff that makes sense. Instead of just showing yourself up to be completely clueless as to what the company is investing in!

Factom is about blockchain not crypto currency. A little profit taking after the recent strong rise. Volume is low.

Yea if you want to sit here until 2023 then sure. But right now this is a mega stinker and CEO should never have took a risk with anything crypto. He was safe with Cannabis. This is going to get dumped back to under 10p.

The coin isn’t the same as the Factom Inc. I wasn’t looking for a stinker as you say as I do believe this has huge long term potential. You do have to ask why are the others ( or are they) not involved in the loan. Have the other big boys told Factom to get these 2 fixes done first before they would invest. That does actually look like a possibility. They couldn’t just give FFWD 25% discount on shares. Draper and the others would be going crazy.

Another stinker. FACTOM COIN was down 10 percent yesterday. It is now worth 8pence and a year ago it was 80 DOLLARS.

FFWD has bought into a stinker. Watch this drop.

So happy with extra in Factom, one of my reasons for buying this. I do wonder if anyone here, maybe also a Twitter user could explain the Factom raise. They are talking about Factom raising 500 million now. Why would they need that crazy amount, or is it just twitter users getting hyped, also after saying the raise was for 50million. I understand they had to get those 2 things sorted before they could do series B, surely they knew about this beforehand. Surely the raise is for 50million. I don’t think the loan is proportional to our %, if that were the case wouldn’t they have let the other big boys have a similar stake as they are now giving FFWD a Very preferential investment. Wouldn’t draper be saying. Hey I could loan you some and I’ll have a huge discounted option. Any info appreciated

welcome, i added another slug at 17.5p - this investment offers a potential return of 40 x over a 10 year period, you only need decent holding in 2/3 like ffwd to become fairly comfortable

Just the start here. Sit back and watch how this trickles up. Massively undervalued for the PF we have. Factom alone pushes us closer to 25p. You need to factor in the SEVEN other companies. This should be trading over double from here.

So what is fair value here for the portfolio we have? Just listened to the sharecast podcast and they have set a 24p target. Looking at the FFWD researchers on twitter, they are saying this should be more like 50p. Thoughts?

A person I follow on Twitter tipped this off to me last night. Undoubtedly a significant RNS yesterday however, just took a moment to read up on the other companies and ffwd really has a strong portfolio on their hands where any of these companies could take off. Will watch how we move today.

Remember the FTC coin has nothing to do with the Factom Blockchain. I wouldn't be surprised if the Factom team are focussing all their efforts on the chain than the coin, which is perfect for FFWD. Coins are hit and miss but BLOCKCHAIN is the real deal.

This is a very special day for FFWD as it has demonstrated its ability to do what it said on the tin when the company was launched. It is able to access companies at an early stage when ordinary investors cannot acquire the shares. But today it has demonstrated that it can move quickly to secure a further interest in an existing investment that has every prospect of being massive. Lorne and Jim Mellon have the contacts and the track record to be able to do these early stage deals.
Exciting times!

yes tiger I can see your excited you've took over the board lol, good to see new blood on here hope there's a lot more like you investing in FFWD, I've knocked the PR on this share a few times but now there turning it around, some good stuff on twitter as well, up to the end of September should be really interesting with our latest investments and beyond of course but short term could be really good, fingers crossed, lets all hope we get what we want out of FFWD,
