Just bought in Ffwd today, I only came across the company as I hold Aphria which is moving very nicely. Does anyone know how much Ffwd made on the Aphria deal ?

Don’t worry about the current share price or the tiny traders taking their 8%. With 2 further series B raises coming (in addition to factom & a Intensity) we will see truer value here.

12p or less is a good level to trade at, buy sub 12p and sell 13p+

The Aphria share price could have moved either way over the past months and in the basis that the mony was needed 'a bird in the hand' meant it had to sold

FFWD is a Guernsey- domiciled investment company. I understand they had until 17 October to sell Aphria, so in fact they had sold a little early. The October date is when recreational cannabis laws come into play. However they have used the funds for several investments, so presumably all part of the boards plans anyway.

the thing is 888 if we didn't sell we wouldn't of been able to invest in these new projects, they made money and moved on so cant really blame them for doing that, what they have invested in over the last two three months could be really good for FFWD and if they are we wouldn't of been able to do it without the APH money and could possibly miss out on even bigger returns, we have to trust the board on this one so fingers crossed it all comes right, GLA

I was very pleased when FFWD was invested in Aphria as the potential was massive. We made good profit when we sold supposedly because it was not permitted to hold such Cannabis investments in a Guernsey registered fund(which it became a month earlier.
After the sale in June the Aphria share price drifted for several weeks but is now making up for it with sharp daily rises such that it is UP 50% on the sale price in June. So a very poor deal for the shareholders of FFWD who have so far missed a£3 Million plus gain over a 2 month period. It would have been better to move from Guernsey. I wonder who bought the shares as they must have a big smile on their face.

market Cap appears to have jumped a lot, now £24m. I understand that the new shares will have been been issued but was not expecting such dilution -think the MCap was £13m a month ago, maybe not?

We must be at a good premium to NAV at this price now

Yes 888, good to see this heading in the right direction. Still greatly undervalued here in my view. I think we will get news before long that will take us way above this level, it's just a question of time now.That news could be from any one of our investees, e.g. Factom, Vemo, Leap, Intensity, Juvenescence, etc, or maybe a new cannabis investment. Many possibilities for next news. There have been several hints of an upcoming pot stock investment, e.g. EMMAC? Imagine what that would do to the share price
